We had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived! The place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the warm and professional service. A special thank you to Zak, the public relations agent who welcomed us with such kindness and care. We arrived right after the buffet had closed, and he went out of his way to make sure we didn’t leave hungry he personally arranged a fruit basket for us. That small gesture meant so much and showed how attentive and thoughtful he is toward guests. Throughout our stay, Zak was incredibly professional, helpful, and always made sure everything was perfect for us. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuine in hospitality. Thanks to him, we felt truly taken care of and at home. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Amazing stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun! I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The hotel is clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Ayoub from the restaurant — he always greeted us with a smile, provided excellent service, and made every meal enjoyable. His positive energy truly made a difference in our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and unforgettable hospitality!

Just returned home from this hotel. Amazing holiday can not fault this hotel at all. Staff are so respectful. Friendly they cant do enough. The hotel is so clean as i saw the cleaners everyday from morning til finish cleaning al dsy. There is so much for evrryone diffrent pools. Bars spa. The entertainment team work non stop the water park is so good no fault at all. Putting on lots of activities. Foam party s. Pool discos Zumba water yoga darts aerobics. This holiday isnt for everyone as thre is nothong outside hotel local. Its relaxing if ur want chill

The staff are so friendly. Really nice. The rooms are clean. Spacious The food is really nice hot. Tasty. Lots of it. Not much in the way for kids food wise. If you’re coming here with young kids it might be worth thinking about. They do have stuff like chips. Chicken nuggets sandwiches and so on. That’s the only thing. Location is a little out the way but free shuttle provided which is a bonus. Outdoor pool is way too cold just now but they do have a heated indoor pool in winter times. The bars limited drinks menu is a little bit of a disappointment. There is not Much of a selection but still can have a nice drink. Need to keep in mind that this is a Muslim country and to be able to have a alcoholic drink in it just shows how times are moving. wi fi is really good here You see the guys cleaning every morning before anyone is up. They do this every morning the place is very clean. I’ve not picked up on anything that is not of a great standard. The music at dinner time live is really good I would visit this hotel again and there is not a thing wrong with it.
