Me and my husband chose to visit here for our honeymoon and we have had a fantastic time. We have been welcomed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who are always ready to greet you with a smile. The atmosphere has been perfect for our relaxing time here. The reception staff have been very helpful and accommodating, the concierge have helped with suggesting places to visit during our stay, the housekeeping staff have been fantastic, and the bar staff have been brilliant as well. We couldn't have picked a better place for our honeymoon and we hope to visit again one day. Thank you everyone for making our stay an amazing and memorable one. Rachel & Chris

Update following the manager’s response: The hotel itself is good, but the adjacent open-air nightclub played extremely loud music until around 3 a.m. I had to wear ear defenders to sleep, which is not acceptable in a five-star hotel. The manager’s response confirms that the hotel is aware of the nightclub noise and that some rooms are significantly quieter than others. However, this was not disclosed before booking or at check-in, and I was not told that I should request a garden-facing room. I discovered the problem only after going to bed. I appreciate that the nightclub is independently operated, but that does not remove the hotel’s responsibility for the rooms it sells. A five-star hotel should understand the nighttime noise exposure in each room and should either allocate quieter rooms proactively, warn guests clearly before booking or check-in, or adequately protect the affected rooms from the noise. The conflict between the hotel and its neighbouring nightclub is for the hotel to manage. It should not be passed silently to guests who reasonably expect the room they have booked to be suitable for sleeping. The food also fell well below a five-star standard. After waiting around 20 minutes while hungry, the pizza arrived with dense, underdeveloped, gummy dough and excessively salty cheese. At that point, I was left choosing between eating food that was edible but not enjoyable, or sending it back and waiting all over again. Proper kitchen quality control should have prevented it from being served.

Soussou was amazing :), her smile and vibe brightens up the resort. Great animation team, perfect location and hotel is clean and well maintained. I look forward to returning again soon. Thank you to all staff and team members at the hotel for making our stay special.

Pitcho in the aqua gym is brilliant, he is super friendly and the life of the party. He is constantly interacting with guests and making sure everyone feels welcoming. He has years of experience working at hotels in the area and you can tell that he really loves his job.

The hotel is stunning. However the food options are limited. The snack bar at 4.30 was very limited. There was a little bit of pizza and they has tuna and lettuce in bread. You have to travel by taxi everywhere. The in hotel shop only had clothes and nothing else. There was extra charges for simple thing which are normally included in a all inclusive package. There were only 4 cocktails in our options to choose from. Spa you need to pay for access to use the heated pool We had a package saying Hamman was included which it wasn't it was just the steam room, no mud or scrub. It was extra charge for that. Tea and coffee in the room but not milk. We requested milk and was advised we would be charged. We are 15 min away from the soks and museums. This is very convenient. The hotel offers a shuttle bus 3 times a day.
