Beautiful hotel and very clean. Our room is very spacious and clean also. The hotel is located in a nice area of Marrakech with bars and shops nearby. There is a lovely ambience to the hotel and the staff are very nice and friendly. The bar men Zakaria and Nordine are very polite, professional and efficient. The events manager Ilyass is always happy to help and make sure you are enjoying your stay and also his team Asmae and Abdel.

A perfect place to stay with lots of options for dining and enjoying yourself. Beautiful gardens and well maintained area. The hospitality level is very high and a special shout out to Taib in the Italian restaurant and also his colleague in the Marrocain restaurant (don’t no the name) for special evenings where I was well taken care of.

I had the pleasure of staying here as well as at Kenzi Club during my recent trip. On the first day of our arrival, we were informed that there had been a mistake with our booking and that a room was not available at the hotel. After some time, they arranged to transfer us to the other Kenzi property. While this was initially a slight disappointment—especially since we were traveling with an infant—the hotel staff handled the situation very professionally. They truly made up for the inconvenience and then some. We were upgraded and offered several complimentary gestures, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and that level of service made a big difference for our family. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained, and overall the experience turned out to be very positive despite the rocky start. I would absolutely consider staying with Kenzi again because of how well they handled the situation and how genuinely kind the staff were.

Overall, the hotel was acceptable, but unfortunately I would not return. I will start with the rooms. They are in serious need of maintenance. The shower door did not close properly, which resulted in a “lake” in our bathroom after every shower. It is clear that the hotel was initially built with good-quality materials, but over time it seems to have been neglected and poorly maintained. The same applies to the common areas. In the buffet and pool area, the mosaic tiles were coming off inside the pool, some lights were missing, and at one point we even noticed a cable that did not appear properly isolated in the water — which was quite concerning. I sincerely hope no one attempts to turn those lights on while guests are in the pool. The gym equipment is old and outdated, and the spa area also shows significant wear, with missing tiles and poor upkeep. The heated pool was not heated at all — the water temperature felt no more than 17–18 degrees. Regarding the staff and hospitality, significant improvement and training are needed. Very few employees smiled, and the overall attitude did not feel welcoming. At times, I even felt uncomfortable ordering from the grill or pancake station. Hospitality should make guests feel relaxed and welcomed, not hesitant. The buffet variety was also disappointing. For nine days, the food selection and setup remained almost identical, with very little change or variation. Finally, the pricing inside the hotel is excessive. Bottled water at the bar costs nearly ten times more than in a supermarket. On our first day, we made the mistake of having lunch at the hotel and paid 800 dirhams for two people, while outside the hotel you can easily have a very good lunch for around 300-400 dirhams. Overall, the hotel has potential, but without proper maintenance, better training, and improved value for money, it does not meet expectations.

Our stay at the Kenzi Menara Palace was absolutely delightful. The team was warm, professional, and always ready to help. We’re especially grateful to the animation staff, and to Soussou in particular, for her enthusiasm and genuine kindness. She truly added something special to our holiday.
