The lively centre of Chaweng, with bustling markets and vibrant nightlife is about 5km and easily accessible by taxi. Golfers will love the scenic course at Santiburi Samui Country Club, approximately 13km away. The hotel is also able to arrange a wide range of tours to suit a variety of interests.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't recommend this hotel more highly. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly exclusive — attentive, warm, and always one step ahead of what we needed. The staff made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit. The rooms were of an outstanding standard: spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed with high-quality furnishings and every amenity you could wish for. Every detail had clearly been thought through with the guest's comfort in mind. The location is simply unbeatable — perfectly situated for exploring everything Samui (especially when the personal transport is so well organized) has to offer, yet still peaceful and relaxing. We're already looking forward to our next stay and will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in the interconnected pool villas and fell in love with the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, which is unique and critical for us when choosing where to go. Please do all you can to maintain that tranquility without music, shouting/screaming by the adult pool and beach, and also between the villas. It is special, and you should advertise this as a special quality, and do what you can to preserve it (We stayed in July). A special thanks to the amazing staff everywhere on the resort. A special mention to Jocelyn Kong for helping with making our stay truly amazing including a wonderful anniversary surprise, but also for her and her manager for helping with addressing our noisy neighbors when needed, and taking the issue seriously. Thank you for this and all other help during the stay. It is difficult to leave anyone out. The wonderful and welcoming, smiling staff at breakfast/restaurants, the equally wonderful pool staff helping with refreshments, the nice chauffeurs driving us frequently to Chaweng and Fishermans Village, and getting us home well again. And finally Nin, Green and Kat for some great massage treatments at the Spa. We can't wait to return many times again.

A truly beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained resort. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the two stunning pools – including one exclusively for adults – and our spacious second-floor room with a large terrace. The staff were the friendliest we have ever experienced. Thai people are already incredibly warm and welcoming, but the kindness, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail at SALA Samui exceeded even our highest expectations. Every member of the team made us feel truly special. We had an unforgettable stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

We loved staying there - the best thing about it? The delightful friendly staff . Beautiful setting, decor, facilities, food , cocktails. Everything is designed to help you relax. But the restaurant teams and the different hotel teams were all exemplary . In Particular the breakfasts. My daughter is coeliac and with a little attention and pre planning , they kindly made her something gluten free every day they made it possible for her to have what really wanted from the regular menu. Another perfectly wonderful stay at the Sala Samui Choengmon Beach Hotel. This was already our fifth visit, and from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home again. Our anticipation was fulfilled in every way. The excellent service and the warmth of the staff once more put the crown on our holiday. The entire resort is a small oasis of relaxation – very well maintained, peaceful, stylish, and perfect for completely unwinding. A special compliment goes to the staff, who greet us every day with kindness and a heartfelt smile, making each morning start with joy. The beach bar crew – Looktan, Kran, Pui, and Beam – do an outstanding job and serve top‑quality drinks. Pui’s “Greenland” is truly exceptional. As always, Noom made sure we could enjoy our days at the beach to the fullest, attentively providing us with every refreshing drink we could wish for. And the “new” team member – the well‑known Banja, who has transitioned to the beach boy team – is a real asset for the guests. We were also delighted to meet a new, cheerful face: Ellie from the breakfast service. Her positive energy is contagious and a wonderful addition to Oom’s team. We may have arrived as guests, but we left as friends – and we are already looking forward to our next encounter with this fantastic team at the 5‑star Sala Samui.
