I decided to take a solo staycation trip to the Rosen Shingle Creek for my birthday, and I had such a phenomenal experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating with anything I needed. After I checked in, I was surprised with some birthday treats, which made the experience feel even more special and thoughtful. I received such a warm birthday welcome and truly felt celebrated throughout my stay. I was also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the 14th floor with an amazing view. The room was newly renovated, felt beautiful and modern, and made the stay even more memorable and relaxing. One of my favorite parts of the trip was the spa experience. It was absolutely phenomenal and such a great way to relax and treat myself. I also loved that there were so many restaurants to choose from on the property, which made everything feel convenient and elevated. Overall, this was exactly the birthday getaway I needed. Thank you to everyone who made my stay feel special. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

We had an outstanding stay at Rosen Shingle Creek—easily one of the best hotels we’ve experienced in Orlando. The service was truly first-class, and every interaction with the staff was smooth and professional. A special thank you to Ilese, the front desk manager, who was an absolute delight to work with and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. We needed to extend our daughter-in-law’s stay by an extra night, and the team made the process incredibly easy—even upgrading her room. They also offer complimentary notary services, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, a phenomenal experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.

I've been wanting to write a review for this beautiful hotel for a while but kept forgetting. I was there multiple times, during work trips and majority were in December. Hotel is usually beautifully decorated by that time and feels magical and very festive. The front desk staff are the nicest and most helpful! Awesome service every time I travel. I didn't really use much of the restaurants on the property, but there seem to be plenty to choose from. Great pool too! Highly recommend whether you are traveling for work or vacation!

Amazing stay! Couldn’t go wrong with the huge pools and tons of restaurant choices. Also rooms were spacious and super clean. What blew me away was the service. I left my necklace behind in the room, called the next day they were able to locate it and shipped it back to me for free! Shout out to Alex and Jeffery in security for going above and beyond, you’ve gained a customer for life

This place is a bit dated but well-maintained. The customer service is generally pleasant, but the self-parking fee is steep at almost $40 a day, and the walk to the parking lot is quite long. The shuttle service is unreliable, and the restaurants are okay but not exceptional. The premium pricing on food and market items is not justified. The valet parking staff is always helpful and friendly, while the front desk staff can be a bit rude and unhelpful. The pools are clean and well-kept, and there are towels conveniently located near the pool for easy access. The rooms are old but clean, and housekeeping comes daily to provide service. The location is a plus, as it’s near Universal Studios and SeaWorld. The arcade is decent, and kids will enjoy it. The ice machines work, which is a nice touch.
