If you're visiting Phuket with kids, staying at Marriott Merlin is absolute magic! ✨ They have so many wonderful programs for children, and there’s even a staff member who speaks fluent Korean (Pear!), so you can get tons of helpful tips even if English isn't your strong suit. Every single staff member here is super friendly—Ju and Namtan are the absolute best! 🌟 And the entire Kids Club team (Alice, Rainy, Tan, Jinny, Thanky, and more!) is so amazing with kids, always greeting them with big, bright smiles. 😊 There are tons of fun activities every hour—a foam party, daily evening movie nights at the Kids Club so parents can enjoy a relaxed dinner 🍽️, super educational eco-tours, and even swimming lessons! There are plenty of fun options for adults too; there was even a hair-braiding class, so parents could braid their child's hair super cute! 👧💕 If you're a big foodie and love your drinks, the All-Inclusive package is an absolute must! 🍹🍕

Staff helped arrange transportation to and from airport. The three large pool areas had a variety of toys like floats, pool noodles, and balls provided by the hotel. Although the beach was not really swimmable, at low tide we could walk around the coral / tide pools and saw fish and tiny crabs. Some of the hotel restaurants were strict about reservations so booking a day or two in advance is recommended. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of foods / cuisines. The staff were friendly and attentive (Patty, Gift, Nadear, Bam, Pear). Room service also arrived in 30-45 min. The free shuttle to Patong Beach and the mall was useful but wish it ran more frequently.

Thankyou to Beer, Talay, Patty and Filmmy were so kind and attentive with service. All the 5 restaurants provide a variety of cuisine (thai, italian, japanese and others) with good quality ingredients and a pleasant serving size. The pool bar and rum shack Would definitely highly recommend ! Beer is absolutely lovely and often made me cocktails according to what i like , all the servers at the beach grill and pool bar are amazing and friendly - could not recommend this hotel enough

The hotel was really awesome. Rooms were clean and in generell the property was very pleasant. The staff is incredible! Especially at the Merchant Kitchen, huge thanks to Pear (thanks for the present), Ammy and another crew member which I unfortunately do not remember her name anymore but she was amazing as well! Always smiling and active working! We’ve chosen the all inclusive package and it was worth it. The food is generell is good unless you want Indian food. The hotel, (message goes to you dear Chef Anil Rawat ) needs to improve at Indian food a lot. I’ve been to Bali and had better Indian food in their resorts than here. It’s below average for sure! That’s why I need to take away the 1 star. The food did not taste like it came from a 5 star resort, instead it tasted like it came from a Imbiss . Otherwise the western, Japanese and Thai cuisines were really great, nothing to say about it.

The stay here was absolutely fabulous that we didn’t want to go home. The Thai hospitality and friendliness is definitely found in every single staff working here. The hotel is tucked 15mins away from the busy Patong beach and they provide shuttle services to and from the hotel. We have booked the all inclusive package and it was definitely worth it. Gigi ensured our check in goes smoothly and was very helpful in all the arrangements we need. Every morning for breakfast, at the Merchant Kitchen, we were greeted with a broad smile from Patty. The other staffs from the other restaurants were also very polite and friendly. There are 3 pools to choose from and our son enjoyed the family pool the most! At the pool there are services such as sunglasses cleaning service and pool side snacks and drinks. There is also 2 billiard tables and a basketball ball shooter and a foosball table. On top they provide different activities everyday like yoga, leather crafting,cupcake decorating and many more. Each of the restaurant served exquisite and flavourful food that we are so full from everyday! My review doesn’t give much credit as there is so much good things to write about it. You just have to experience it for yourself. We will definitely recommend this place, especially for families. Kopkhunkha Phuket Marriott Merlin Beach!
