We had an incredible stay at the Marriott Phuket Merlin Beach. Our swim-out room was absolutely amazing — the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we especially loved the day bed on our patio, where we spent many afternoons napping and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The staff and amenities were fantastic from start to finish. The food and drinks were delicious, and everyone we met went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A very special thank you to Ice, whose compassion and understanding during a family issue meant more to me than he knows. His assistance was truly appreciated. And a big thank you as well to Dew, who greeted us with such warmth every day — he is the sweetest young man and always made us feel welcome. We highly recommend this resort and would return in a heartbeat!

We came to the Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary, and it didn’t disappoint. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with lush gardens and a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed. Even with a few rainy days, the staff made our stay wonderful. Everyone we met was kind and attentive, but I especially want to mention Nana at the front desk, who helped us manage a stressful situation due to flight changes and ensured my parents’ comfort was never affected. Also, Patty at The Merchant Kitchen, where we had breakfast every morning — she looked after Mum and Dad with such genuine warmth and care. Her kindness and attention made a huge difference. The concierge team was also very helpful, offering great recommendations for tours and assisting with shuttle arrangements. The resort is beautiful, the food excellent, and the service outstanding. But it’s the people who truly make it special. Thank you for making this milestone celebration unforgettable!

A wonderful stay in Merlin Beach again! Service is always on point in the restaurants and bars, everything is clean and there are plenty of fun activities to do on a romantic getaway. Teddy gave us fast service in the pool area and young gentleman, who is part of the cleaning staff, also helped us to get service to our seats and was also very polite & proactive. I feel that the management team does a good job here and employees are working together as a team, actively teaching each other, genuinely trying to add value and really making customer feel welcome. Just like a year before, Mook and her colleagues were smiling, efficient and providing exceptional service, which really stands out. Food is also very delicious, no matter which restaurant you choose. Overall, I would say that if the arrival experience would improve to be faster, this would be 100/100. We will return again for sure - great experience 🙏

Great Hotel. We were two families, and we all had a great time. The level of service was top notch - all workers did extra to help in anything needed. the kid's club is a bit small but out of all the hotels we have been to it was the most active with many activities for children opening early in the morning until late in the evening. the pool is great and big enough for everyone. the grounds our lovely and you are a taxi ride close enough for things outside the hotel. really recommended. The only issue which is true for all the hotels we stayed in Thailand is that there is no baby mattress for babies uner the age of 1 years old. this baffles me as babies can suffocate sleeping on extra an extra soft mattress - but a least they did the effort to fix the situation and provided us with an extra mattress to put on the floor which was ok - but this is true for all top hotels we stayed in.

Our favourite hotel in all our stay in Thailand! It had everything we needed, it was perfect for a relaxing day at the pool and private beach which was beautiful! The sea is a bit rocky and becomes quite shallow around 15:00, it’s still possible to go in but more for chilling and not swimming. Breakfast was very good! The staff were very lovely! Coconuts by the pool were delicious 😋 The happy hour by the beach bar was great and generous! The gym was new and nice! The disadvantage is that there aren’t shops nearby but when you want to get a bolt/grab to the patong area it will only cost you between 200-250 baht and it will arrive very quickly!
