Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach

This was our second stay at Novotel Kamala Phuket, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The villa offered a spectacular direct sea view. The room was spacious and clean, and although the hotel has been around for quite some time, it is very well maintained. The front desk staff were always smiling, friendly, and even remembered our room despite the large number of guests checking in. The bar area is spacious with beautiful views, and the staff there were warm and welcoming. The restaurant is beautifully designed, and everyone—from the manager (his name is Top) to the service staff—was attentive and proactive in taking care of guests. Breakfast was quite varied, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. Although summer is the rainy season in Phuket, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

We had an excellent stay at Novotel Kamala Beach. The rooms were spacious and clean and the reception service was remarkable. The breakfast buffet was also really good, with tons of food to choose from. The omelette chef also makes an amazing omelette which was the perfect start of the day. The hotel is located literally right next to the beach, which is also great for swimming or even surfing! (You'll be able to take surfing lessons which was tons of fun!) It was a little bit far from old town, but with a grab/bolt/taxi it doesn't take long to get there. The hotel is also located closer to the airport than if you were to stay closer to old town. All in all I had a very comfortable stay at Novotel, and I wouldn't mind booking it again. Highly recommend 💯

Deniz Kucukkilavuz

We stayed here for 6 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. However, for anyone visiting at the end of May, swimming may not be very likely, as the sea was quite rough and the waves were strong during our stay. The pool was nice, and more than sufficient as an alternative to the beach. We were generally satisfied with the service, and the open-buffet breakfast was good and had enough variety for us. The main reason I’m not giving a higher rating is the room. We stayed in an “Ocean View” room, but in reality we could only see a small corner of the sea from the room :) That was disappointing and did not fully match our expectations of an ocean-view category. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and had a comfortable experience overall.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property is beautifully located on Kamala Beach with a private beachfront area, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were also very well maintained. I would like to sincerely commend all staff members for their outstanding hospitality and professional service throughout my stay. In particular, I would like to extend special appreciation to Khun Oak for thoughtfully offering complimentary drinks in celebration of my birthday. I would also like to recognize Jerey, Deepu, and Bean from the Front Office team for their warm, attentive, and highly professional assistance. In addition, special thanks to Khun Oatna, the Pool Bar bartender, whose excellent drink-making skills made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

We stayed here as a family and everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and had a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families and would love to come back again.
