We recently stayed at the Novotel for our honeymoon and had an absolute fantastic time. The location was fantastic, the room was suitable and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pool and swim up bar were a personal favourite. The food including the included buffet breakfast was wonderful. Booking tours and experiences was also very easy with the help of the staff. We took party in the cooking class whilst there, with chef Naveen who was absolutely fantastic, friendly and informative. We would highly recommended the Novotel!

We recently stayed at the Novotel Kata Avista Resort for a holiday and had such an incredible experience. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff are incredibly caring - each day they check in and ensured we had enough bathroom amenities and water. Our package included the buffet breakfast every morning which was such a great way to start the day. It had a wide variety of foods from all different cultures, my personal favourites being the wide variety of different sweet and savoury breads as well as the delicious fresh fruit. It has to be the best buffet I have ever been to as the selection is so wide to choose from - including a juice bar. If you enjoy cooking, an additional experience we decided to book was a private cooking class with one of the head chefs at the hotel Naveen who was absolutely incredible. He was very patient when teaching us how to cut foods in various methods and it was nice talking to him about how he has been cooking since the age of 8 - you could tell how passionate he was. The only thing I must mention, despite the hotel being in a beautiful location very close to kata beach and local shops and markets it is situated up a very steep hill which is very slippery when wet which makes it hard for those with mobility issues. In saying this, there were always taxis and tuk tuks close by or waiting at reception that could take you down the hill but they all charged 200THB for the 30 second trip. There is also a free shuttle bus provided from the hotel that takes you to Kata beach that leaves every 30 minutes. Thank you to each and every staff member at the resort, you made our trip so memorable! We miss you already ❤️🌴🌺

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, and we had an amazing time. The resort itself looks gorgeous, the food was delicious and the staff just made it even better. Our room was light and airy, and the housekeeping team really did a great job every day. It was so nice to be able to come back to our room every day and to see that the staff here really were taking pride in the job they're doing. Every single staff member that we came across at all was friendly, polite and helpful. Thankyou especially to Lai, Cartoon, Guitar, Cherry, Gun and Russ, who all helped make our dining experience so much better, both at the Zing bar and in the dining room, with the way that they clearly remembered us, and conversations we'd had with them. 100% would choose to come here again on another holiday, and definitely would be keen to recommend this place to others. We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Phuket Hotel & Spa. The kids club, swimming pool, and entertainment activities kept our little one happily engaged throughout the trip. The hotel is perfect for both parents and couples, with spacious rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for a memorable family or couple’s vacation in Phuket! Families will love the multiple swimming pools, kids’ club, and child-friendly buffet that make travel with little ones easy and enjoyable. For couples, there are quiet areas with stunning views and relaxing spa facilities that create a romantic and peaceful atmosphere.

As a family of 4, We stayed for 10 nights in the family room. We had the most amazing time, and loved the resort. The staff and facilities were great although the bed was too hard for my liking. The rooms were cleaned daily, bottled water replaced and towels were exchanged daily as well. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was awesome and delicious with generous servings. The hotel is on a steep hill, but they do provide a van that takes you down to Kata Beach which is only a few minute drive. The van comes every 30 min and we would happily take it back to the hotel. The resort is only minutes away from everything you need and I would definitely be back to this resort.
