On arrival the configuration of beds was incorrect. You would think this would be an easy fix, but unfortunately it was not. The bed was as hard as the floor, the jacuzzi was cold, the pool room door wouldn’t lock, the aircon was so noisy we couldn’t leave it on when we were in the room. All but one (beautiful Bella), of The reception staff was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was less than average, one day there was not enough seating to accommodate the people wanting to eat. The location was ok. with a short walk to beach and shops. However, it was noisy in the hotel and outside the hotel. I would not stay here again.

Just spent 2 weeks here. Loved it. Staff work very hard to make sure your stay is stress free. Any issues we had were delt with promptly. Our room was clean and tidy and would be cleaned every day if we asked for it. The room was also bright and modern and was very comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was good with a good selection of western dishes but we tried to stick to the Thai dishes which varied from day to day. These were very good. Room service and mini bar prices were very reasonable but we didn't use them. Location is good. Couple streets back from the beach but only a 10 min walk and they also have a shuttle service to the beach. Bangla Road is only a 10 min walk away too. Only issue with location is its right across from the hospital so lots of sirens and noise but its Patong. Its noisy everywhere. Pool is really good apart from the usual towels over the sunbeds at 6 in the morning which is down to holidaymakers not the hotel. Did see a couple of arguments about this but the staff were on it straight away so credit to them. All in all, I'd have no problem staying here again. Lovely looking hotel, great rooms and super helpful staff. Thanks for a great holiday!

Nice hotel just far enough away from the main noisy part of Patong. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was good, catering for different choices. Pool bar does happy hour in the afternoon on 2 for 1 cocktails. Only used the pool 1 day due to being on trips the rest of the time. Fridge in the room. Rooms a good size. Our room went out onto the pool. Not too noisy a hotel which is what I prefer.

I didn’t really like this hotel, to be honest. The hotel itself is okay, but the pool area only gets sun on one side for a short time. The beds are extremely hard – like lying on concrete – and not comfortable at all. The bathroom is dull and the shower doesn’t stay up, so you have to hold it the whole time, which isn’t great. We had to check out at 12pm to keep the room cost £180, we were told there was a shower and changing facilities to use as our flight isn’t until nighttime. THATS NOT TRUE, A COLD OUT DOOR SHOWER AND NO PRIVACY TO CHANGE! The staff are strict, don’t want to help with anything with not much room for pleasantries. It’s also a fair walk from the main beach and shops.I wouldn’t stay here again.

A very nice hotel. The staff were good and helpful. We stayed for two and a half days, not very long, but we had a very positive impression. The room was very clean and the breakfast was nice.
