We absolutely loved staying in this hotel. We stayed there for two nights in December 2025. The pool was amazing and the food was really delicious too. The location was good too. Very calming environment which was good for relaxing. We had a staff member helping us with the luggages his name is “Naif.” He was wonderful and would greet and talk to us whenever he sees us. He is amazing. Naif if you see this, me and my partner both loved talking to you and thank you for the great hospitality provided. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed here in December. To start with, the weather was good. The hotel is a bit older, but the room was good, clean, and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The view was also nice. I can say that the hotel itself is nice, but a big downside is the restaurant and breakfast—they were very poor and felt cheap. We couldn’t eat at the hotel at all; nothing was fresh and there was very little choice for breakfast. That was the only disappointing part. The staff were kind, and special thanks to the reception manager, who was very understanding. We might return someday.

Lovely place. We got the room on the high up hills so the walking up can be struggled sometimes if the buggy service is busy. Walking down to the main lobby / pool / restaurant area is fine. The room is average. Not the most comfiest bed and pillow. The view was absolutely amazing. It’s windy, breezy place. The downside, since it was at the last building at the back, it was quite noisy even at night from the forest sounds at the back and the Aircond compressor visible right in the room entrance. The management should cover the Aircond compressor with something because it definitely ruin the aesthetic of the resort. The resort is not suitable for people with walking disabled because of the location and you have to get into the bath up in order to shower. The bidet water pressure is quite funny too. The main Kamala beach is around 10minutes from the hotel. They do provide schedule transport for drop off and pick up at Kamala beach. There is a small beach right down the hotel which is a bit quiet but be prepared to walk down and up after because no transport provided for this small beach. Overall, I believe it’s an okay resort (approx 4.5star), apart from the amazing view and friendly staff.

Only the front area that you see in the pictures on their websites is good. But everything else in the so pathetic. The room lobby is dirty feels like that of a hostel or a lodge. The AC outlets are placed right in front of the room door. There is open drains right in front of the room door. And most importantly there is no lift even for second floor and that too rooms only with twin bed (without any reference on the website). The restaurant staff attitude is bad and rude. Would not suggest to stay at such kind of hotel. One would definitely get a good room with this budget.

The dining experience was a major highlight. The buffet was superb, offering a wide variety of freshly prepared, high-quality dishes for every meal. Everything was incredibly clean, and the food itself was delicious—a real step up from typical hotel fare. Finally, the service was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was attentive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about our comfort. Whether we needed assistance in the lobby or a quick refill at the restaurant, the team handled every request promptly and with a smile. If you are looking for a clean, modern, and great-value stay that doesn't compromise on food quality or service, you won't be disappointed here!
