I would like to personally thank Aboubakr EL Badaoui, Guest Relation Supervisor, for all his help and service. He made our honeymoon extra special and meaningful! He was responsive, professional, and respectful in every way. When we entered a junior suite, we were welcomed with delicious cookies and special floral decorations. He even sent us a chocolate cake because I told him I love chocolate ❤️ Since I am a Platinum member of Accor and was staying at a junior suite, we were able to get a VIP check-in and check-out. There was a long line during the check-in & out. But Aboubakr made everything so easy and smooth. I truly appreciate his service, professionalism, and kindness 🙏🏼

Celebrating an anniversary with my partner and the staff and service is absolutely amazing. From concierge to food, very good - nothing is ever too much and you will always be fed! Shout out to Chef Imad and Chef Mohamed for the delicious omelettes! Chef Sami and Naima looked after us very well at breakfast, their hospitality was very nice. Clean rooms and very pleasant people. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Upon arrival at the hotel it looks very opulent and luxurious. Men in suits line the driveway. The lobby areas were lovely to look at. The pool area was very nice. First, the good. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and our farewell dinner one of the best meals we had in Morocco. The cat visits you at breakfast 😸 The room I was in needed a refresh. The lighting was terrible and it was hard to see. The carpet was dirty. They did provide slippers and a robe. The bedding was very full and heavy and I asked for a thinner cover due to the room temperature. In fact, I couldn’t get my room to a cool enough temp! My room was at the end of a hall and had a small balcony but I couldn’t get the windows opened. The shower was strong! That was a plus. I did notice that other 4-5 star hotels were similar in Morocco. If the rooms were refreshed, my rating would be higher for sure.

Najia from the spa is a treasure. I recently had the pleasure of receiving a leg and foot massage right by the spa pool, and it was the perfect experience. ​The ambiance of the pool setting was wonderfully relaxing, but Najia's skill truly made the session unforgettable. She has an intuitive touch, immediately targeting the tightness in my calves from my days of touring around Chefchaouen and Fes. Najia is highly recommended!

We have booked to stay in this so called 5 star hotel in Marrakesh, Morocco but I can say that this is a 5 star hotel with no service. When our room is serviced the second day after check-in, housekeeping only supplied 1 set of bath towels for 2 people. When we called to request 1 additional set of towels, reception say housekeeping will send. Nothing happens for an hour and we called again. Nothing happened. We called 3 times and in more than 2 hours nobody from housekeeping came. Finally we walked to Reception and the guy was arrogant and not helpful. Not a word of apology. He said again housekeeping will send the towels in icy cold tones. What bad service! I would strongly advise anyone who wants to stay in this hotel to reconsider their options. Unless you want to pay big money for bad service, stay clear of this hotel. I am certain there are hotels with better service and attitudes staff elsewhere.
