We spent several nights in Marrakech on business and stayed in two villas, enjoying truly excellent service throughout. Mohamed, our butler, did a remarkable job; after noticing that we had caught a cold, he thoughtfully provided additional heaters in the villa, which was greatly appreciated. Any minor issues that arose were handled with elegance and efficiency, leaving us feeling thoroughly well looked after. The venue is fantastic, and the food is outstanding. The design is particularly inspiring, seamlessly blending local culture and architecture with the highest standards of an international luxury hotel brand, creating an unforgettable experience. All transfers were organised in a flawless manner, punctual and perfectly coordinated, which made the overall experience even more seamless and stress-free. In-room dining deserves special mention, especially the local Moroccan selection—flavourful, tasty, and beautifully presented. Ling Ling restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience and is definitely worth trying. Breakfast is excellent in both variety and quality. The pastries are freshly made and outstanding in taste and texture, while the fresh fruits are ripe and naturally sweet—especially the mandarins, which were also offered as an in-room amenity and were at the perfect level of sweetness. Definitely a choice worth making.

After reading all the raving reviews of the hotel’s amazing service, I’m sad to say I have not met the same level of experience everyone else here had. Maybe because we arrived as a big group, we were not introduced to a butler at all, and the person who took us to our villa seemed quite impatient and briefly introduced the bedroom controls and left. Other people in the same group got information about the WhatsApp service, a full introduction of the villa and the area, got offered to heat up their pool, while we got nothing. I didn’t even know there was a butler service and WhatsApp before I researched. The first night I also asked for the fire to be lit and for the pool to be heated, however after three hours of dining, I return to no fire and no heated pool. I added their WhatsApp the next day at 9 am and expressed this and they just said they’re very sorry and that they’ll look into our butler (they did not apologise for the lack of butler service at all). At 12 they asked when the butler can meet us however as we were out all day, I declined. The villa was amazing (though had some flies in the room which is hard to avoid I guess) and the cleaning team was extremely attentive and detailed. The team at the dining areas are great too. However the butler incident and the fact that the hotel didn’t do much about this after I expressed it is quite disappointing to me. (I suppose the first night I got practically no service at all). This is one of the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at so I suppose I had high expectations. It would’ve been a real highlight but now I’m just a bit sad.

This place is like no other - heaven on earth. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Our villa was brilliant. It was huge with our own pool (not heated and therefore we could not use it as the water was cold), a heated jacuzzi, a living room, bedroom and a large bathroom and a store room. The bed was huge and luxurious. The bathroom had a hand-held shower, a rain shower and the best was a waterfall shower! The in-house service was exemplary. We had a direct contact with our butler via whatsapp. The team were wonderful in responding to our messages within a couple of minutes. Noura, from the service team, was fantastic. She was very pleasant and helped us sort out a small issue in the bill with great professionalism. The breakfast was excellent and Kariba and Malik made us feel at home. We booked a lot of excursions, like a visit to Imlil in the Atlas mountains, desert experience, guided tour of the old city through the concierge. Syeed who helped us, in my opinion, is the best concierge I have ever seen. His choice of places, guides, restaurants to eat were excellent. He was patient and took a genuine interest in our trips. The cars from the hotel were large, clean and spacious. The drivers always had a smile on their face. Dawood, Mohammad and Imad in particular stood out. Dawood in particular gave us a lot of history facts during our drive to the desert. We even had Thomas, the general manager, stop by and have a chat with us as we were about to leave. It was a very touching gesture. To sum it all this is how a hotel should function! We loved every minute of it and will almost certainly return. Thank you Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech, particularly their excellent staff, who made our stay unforgettable.

This is a truly oustanding hotel. We stayed for 2 nights in a Pool Villa and everything about our experience was 5 stars. We were welcomed by the most courteous and helpful butler, Amin. He anticipated our every step and wish, helped us arrange restaurants but also was very knowledgeable about Morocco’s history and culture. Best of all, he arranged a birthday cake with balloons for my wife’s birthday which she loved! The cake, by the way, was a delicious mousse cake!

We stayed at the MO Marrakech a few weeks ago and I have to say this was the best decision we made. The property itself is breathtaking and the facilities services food and staff make up for a wonderful experience A special shout out to Amin Elbadourie who was a lifeguard poolside and made sure he greeted us everyday with a big smile on his face and got us the best seats everyday . Also to the extend to organize our meals there anytime we wanted and give us a list of things to do and see in Martakech. Thank you for all the hospitality .
