The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, and it’s walking distance to universal and islands of adventure. Service at the hotel is great, and the valet is very on top of your car if you choose to leave it with them. They’re very quick to bring the car around. I love that you can take the water taxi to the park, or walk. They also have a bus to epic universe. In my opinion, it’s worth it to splurge a little more on this resort over the value add ones for the comfort. Will be staying with them again.

My family and I recently stayed at Loews Sapphire Falls and had a wonderful stay. The rooms are nicely appointed and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a small issue while staying, but we were quickly and kindly assisted by managers Hunter (didn't catch his last name) overnight and Erick Diaz the next morning. Management was very attentive and professional. Lissy (front desk, I also didn't catch her last name) was also really kind and patient, and I appreciated her help. I'd highly recommend this hotel and will stay again. Thank you!!! Loews continues to impress, even post-visit. Run, don't walk, to this gem!

Wonderful family stay at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort We had a fantastic stay at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, and it was a wonderful choice for a family trip. The location is excellent — the resort is very close to the Universal parks, and getting to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure by water taxi was incredibly convenient and fun, especially with kids. One of the biggest highlights for us was the Early Park Admission. Traveling with two children, this benefit made a huge difference and allowed us to enjoy the parks with much less stress. It was truly a valuable and very appreciated bonus. The hotel itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully designed. The grand staircase and open lobby area create a lovely first impression and make the waiting areas feel elegant and comfortable rather than crowded or busy. The overall atmosphere is relaxed, charming, and very family-friendly. The pool area is excellent, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. For a resort of this level, the pricing is very reasonable compared to other Universal hotels, which makes it an even better value. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. A great balance of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly amenities.

As a frequent visitor to Universal studios and the premier hotels, Sapphire Falls has to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I was upgraded due to a conference. The room was comfortable, super clean , and in close proximity to the parks. I enjoyed being able to text the team with my requests without having to call someone. The only problem is that there is no express pass at this hotel. However, because i was able to get early park access I still was able to ride the rides at Epic Universe without a wait. A great time was had by me!

He was incredibly caring and genuinely wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He shared the best tips for food, rides, and navigating the parks, and every single recommendation made our trip even better.
