At 120 dirhams, they are perfectly reasonable by rooftop standards and arrive exactly as they should — elegant, well-measured, and thoroughly enjoyable. The service deserves particular praise. Efficient, swift, and pleasingly discreet, the staff manage the delicate art of attentiveness without intrusion. Drinks arrive promptly, requests are handled with quiet professionalism, and the overall rhythm of the place feels relaxed yet well orchestrated. What truly makes this spot special, however, is the atmosphere. As the evening settles and the city lights begin to flicker below, the terrace becomes a small refuge from the hum of the streets. The distant sounds of Marrakesh drift upward — softened by height and distance — while the silhouette of the Koutoubia stands serenely against the sky. In a city famous for its intensity and colour, this rooftop offers something equally valuable: a moment of serenity above the spectacle. We loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfy too. I would say perhaps the bathrooms, while well equipped and large need a bit of a decorative refresh. The location is perfect. Very easy to get to souks markets etc. an easy taxi to other spots. It’s on the outskirts of the Medina so easy to get taxis. Service is excellent. They were more than happy to book transfers for us as well as a guide for the afternoon. They sent a golf cart to meet our taxi transfer on arrival even though it’s only a 2 min walk. The Hammam was only thing that wasn’t great. For the price to access it was very cramped and didn’t seem hygienic. Would recommend skipping. Pools were all nice and heated.

A lovely hotel in a great position. Close to the Fnaa square and all of Marrakech’s attractions. The staff are very kind and always have a smile on their face. The concierge is very helpful and will try and resolve any problem with you. The piano bar is a relaxing place to have a drink in the evening with kind staff. The restaurants are all great and serve tasty and well priced food. The rooftop pool is also an asset. The spa is very nice and all the women who work there are very competent and kind. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. A true oasis in the busy Marrakech Medina.

The food is exceptional: authentic Indian flavors, beautifully presented, and full of richness. Every dish feels carefully crafted, from the fragrant curries to the fresh naan. Service is attentive and professional, making us feel both welcomed and valued. It’s rare to find such a peaceful, refined setting just steps away from Jemaa el-Fna. Whether for a romantic evening or a special gathering, this rooftop restaurant is a must-visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking elegance, flavor, and a memorable Marrakech experience.

Fantastic hotel with super helpful and friendly staff! Location is ideal - on the edge of the Medina but easy access outside of it when desired. Close to everything yet very quiet. Maybe pricey by some of the other options but compared to what I pay for in Canada, very inexpensive especially for the level of quality and service. Rooftop bar was also a nice place to unwind - very quiet and surreal. Will stay again if I go back. Use the concierge service! They organized a cooking lesson and also a walk around guide for me and both were top notch!
