Our stay at Le Blanc was amazing! The service was exceptional, and so many team members made our trip unforgettable. A huge thank you to Luis and Paulina for taking such great care of us with dinner reservations, daily updates, and thoughtful touches like preparing our bath. Gabriel kept our room neat and tidy. I love the bookmark! So many small but extra touches. Christian made every beach day perfect with great drink recommendations, endless ice water and pineapple juice, and my favorite coconut mojitos. When I wasn’t feeling well at Yama, Rafael went out of his way to make sure I had plenty of stomach-friendly options. Caesar made our meals at Blanc even better with his excellent recommendations, and Victor made our departure smooth and stress-free. We also really enjoyed getting to know Yamile—she was so warm and welcoming and made our stay even more special. It was hard to leave, but we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Le Blanc Cancun sets the standard for luxury all inclusive resorts. The service is absolutely incredible; every staff member goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. The food is exceptional, the resort is beautiful and immaculately maintained, and the attention to detail is second to none. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, or dining at one of the restaurants, everything feels first class. We always leave feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Expect perfection when you arrive at LeBlanc until the moment you leave. From the service to the food, it's just a perfect vacation. But what makes it so perfect is the people that work there. There's so many amazing people that make your stay incredible. We just returned from a six night stay at Le Blanc Cancun. Having been to LBLC several times before, we were very excited to see how the east coast counterpart would stack up. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Le Blanc Cancun. Our Governor's Suite room was very clean and nicely appointed and well attended. We really enjoyed that this location has three different pool locations, as opposed to LBLC, where theres just one massive pool area. Nothing wrong with that, we've greatly enjoyed that as well, but it was refreshingly less occupied at the Luna and Wind pools, which was especially nice for us being on the third floor, just a short walk from the Wind pool. One down side though is that there was very minimal pool attendant service at the Luna and Wind pools. There were several times we were at each pool for a few hours and had to run down to the Sol pool to get towels or go over to the bar to get a drink/order food. Of course, this wasn't a major deal, but it was clear that it wasn't the same level of attention/service as the main pool area. Our meals were mostly fantastic. We especially enjoyed Yama and Bella as well as the coffee shop, which made fantastic hot and cold coffee drinks. The sweet treats at the coffee shop were a nice feature as well. We were a little underwhelmed at our Blanc dinner where my steak was pretty tough, the oysters were about the size of a dime, and the brie appetizer was a soupy ramekin of brie rind. That was a miss for us, but otherwise we were pleased with the quality of the food, including room service, and of course the service was great as well. The lobby bar service was also fantastic and the mocktails all around the resort really stood out. We aren't huge drinkers, and so it was really fun to try the crafted mocktails for which no effort was spared. The service at the bars was also phenomenal. It really feels warm and inviting, and this is another component that sets Le Blanc apart from its peers. Special thanks to our butler team, Saúl and Roberto who were so kind and attentive. They both did a phenomenal job accommodating our requests for dinner reservations, a spa appointment, and having our room serviced at the most convenient times. Although we weren't surprised at this level of service, our butler team experience was the pleasant reminder as to why we've returned to Le Blanc locations and will continue to do so in the future! Huge thanks to Saúl and Roberto for their kindness and service! Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and will likely return to this location sometime in the future!

Stayed 5 nights…Usually deal with Excellent resorts, thought give Le B a try. Overall nice small hotel with great service ! My Butler - Eduardo was amazing !!! He prepared lunch box for my golf round which was very thoughtful. Place is clean well kept. The only issue I had was making reservations at some of their popular restaurants on the app. But if you let your Butler know they will help you. Also the Asian restaurant was really good !!! I usually don’t eat sushi at resorts or Mexico in general but this place make pretty damn good sushi ! The chef “Freddy” was really good !!! I am Korean and am picky with sushi ! Wish I had known earlier ! Also Bella is a must ! We also got to see turtles at night
