My friend and I decided to do 1 night all inclusive during our trip to Playa Del Carmen. The place is undergoing renovations in several areas, such as the rooms, kids zone and restaurants. But the rooms they have renovated look lovely and luxurious. The restaurants also look amazing and the food at the Asian spot was very good. The ice cream parlor was not open yet but looks like it will be really good as well. The main pool tends to be the hot spot hangout, the others are quiet and laid back. The drinks were good, service was excellent. The beach is nice however nobody came around to bring us a drink. But there is a beach bar there. I will note it is a very large resort and you have to walk a lot to go anywhere. They do have a little shuttle but it was often full. It is good value for the price so I would return and recommend to others.

Huge property that is very well taken care of day to day. Lots of greenery , flowers, plants , and animals. Very clean. Beach isn’t the best but the numerous pools provide lots of options. The service is top notch around the resort from the cleaners to the food servers. The rooms look recently renovated- big and clean. The Buffett food was pretty good but the lunch and dinners were almost the exact same. The Al la carte restaurants were a great change. There is some construction going on around the property.

We absolutely loved this hotel and highly recommend it! The territory is beautiful and very well maintained, like a park perfect for relaxing walks, with many animals around. The beach is stunning, the rooms are modern and luxurious, and the kids’ pool area is excellent for all ages. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. The food is delicious and varied, and the evening restaurants create a wonderful atmosphere for elegant dinners. Everything was perfect — I would give this hotel 12 stars out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Rodizio restaurant at the Grand Sunset Princess. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to our waiter Pablo for his exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, which made our dinner truly special. I would also like to thank Felder, who served and carved the meats. He did an amazing job — the selection was delicious, perfectly cooked, and he presented everything with great skill and kindness. Thank you, Pablo and Felder, for making our evening unforgettable. Your dedication and hospitality made a remarkable impression on us!☺️

Blown away, when you pull up to the resort it's so grand. We stayed in the platinum palace, and the bell man got our bags and drove us to our check in. Check in was amazing cheers, they explain everything even walked us to the room. The entire resort was clean, friendly, and top level. I will definitely recommend staying here, and it's definitely 10 out of 10.
