Staff – There were a few great staff members who definitely made the experience fun, but overall, most seemed pretty unhappy and unwilling to go the extra mile. For example, we had a mojito and wanted to switch drinks, but they wouldn’t even rinse the cup out for us. There were also many times when only one person was working the bar, which made the drink lines extremely long. Beach – The beach is really beautiful. More loungers would always be a bonus. They have a beach volleyball court, and the staff organize games with a ball and referee, which was a lot of fun. I also saw them set up a few other activities, and there is a daily schedule posted. Grounds – The resort is massive and honestly feels like a maze. We had a hard time finding our room, and every staff member we asked seemed to send us in a different direction. Many also weren’t able to speak English, which made it more confusing. A clearer, more detailed map of the resort would really help. Food – The buffet wasn’t bad, but it was pretty much the same options every day. The à la carte restaurants were nearly impossible to book. We managed to get into the steakhouse at the end of the trip, but everything else was fully booked. We also tried walking up to some restaurants and were told we needed a reservation, but when we checked with the concierge, they said those same restaurants were walk-in only. It was very inconsistent. Alcohol – The alcohol selection is very budget-friendly. Drinks are only available from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. There were no espresso martinis or classic martini-style cocktails — mostly sugary drinks like mojitos, tequila sunrises, Bahama Mamas, Miami Vices, and piña coladas. Not every bar has a blender, and some only use it until 6 p.m. I do wish they had a nightclub. The entertainment seemed heavily catered toward South American guests, which is totally fine, but something to keep in mind if you’re looking for more American-style music. Overall – By the end of the trip, we figured out how to make the most of it. It’s definitely not terrible, but there are clear areas for improvement. If I found it at a very cheap price, I’d consider going again, but I probably wouldn’t pay more than $1,200 CAD.

One star is generous. This was easily one of the most disappointing resorts we've stayed at. The place is dirty, run-down, outdated, and desperately needs some serious attention. The pool was ridiculously warm more like bath water than something you'd want to cool off in. The beach was a mess. Seaweed was piled up and apparently cleaning it wasn't much of a priority. If you're coming here for a beautiful beach vacation, prepare to be disappointed. The food was awful, and somehow the drinks weren't much better. At an all-inclusive resort, food and drinks are a pretty big part of the experience, so when both are bad, you're already fighting a losing battle. Then there's the nonstop selling. You're trying to relax on vacation and constantly have people approaching you trying to sell cigars and other stuff. After you've said "no" multiple times, it gets old very quickly. I didn't pay for a vacation to feel like I was walking through a flea market. The staff didn't help matters either. Friendly and helpful service seemed to be the exception rather than the rule. Very little about this place made us feel welcomed or like anyone cared whether we were enjoying our stay. We also had no hot water one day, and the air conditioning never worked properly. We were even assigned the wrong room on arrival. After multiple attempts to get these issues rectified, we finally gave up. We've been to Mexico many times, and this was by far the worst experience. Dirty property. Outdated facilities. Bath-water pool. Messy beach. Bad food. Bad drinks. Constant sales pitches. Unfriendly service. Save your money. There are far better resorts where you can actually relax and enjoy your vacation.

This place is a rip off. Do not stay here all inclusive but not true. Only 3 restaurants multiple bars are closed rooms are old and outdated mini bar in room is 2 trash beers and water. A lot of smoke and mirrors not worth the price. Every non buffet restaurant is an additional fee. We would have left but can't get a transfer. One of my rooms consistently flooded even though I was told it was repaired it flooded every single day that drain did not work. the other room I had the faucet was loose the tub shower nozzle was broken the tub was repainted or reglazed pooly and there mold in the bathroom the third room I had the air conditioner didn't work it was just blowing cool air sometimes with a 20-year-old dial the the rooms are horribly outdated all inclusive only incorporates extra bottles of water in the room which I had to get myself because the delivery person did not place them in the rooms. I have daily videos of the flooding, videos of the staff telling it was fixed, but clearly wasn't. Food was bland - eat out most days, roaches in the 1 buffet that I also have a video of and even a video of some little boy yelling to tell his mother about the roaches crawling on the food. An employee grabbed it with her hands and walked away but the food stayed. Just disgusting. Your app to set up reservations is garbage it confirms that they received it and is not confirming a reservation there is no point in paying for upgrades because you still cannot get in this hotel only caters to locals with day passes. Your website is a complete lie there is no Casino all the bars close at 11:00 p.m. your bell staff is rude they lie. Also on video of what was said then what he told his supervisor in Spanish not knowing I am fluent I called him a liar to his face and when I told him I had the whole thing recorded he ran away became he knew he was caught and he's a liar your hotel employees have very low integrity you should be ashamed of yourself. While most of your staff was pleasant the 20% rude nasty liars ruin it for every other employee.

It’sa great place if you’re 18 and looking to party. Not so much if you’re looking for a relaxing evening. The rooms are nice but we had roaches and no one seemed to care. The room (building 1) overlocked the pool but was also right behind the stage where the live band play and where the party weren’t until 6am every night. Not an issue if the patio doors sealed out any noise. Restaurant staff were really, really nice but the swim up bartenders were awful. Would I come back, probably not. Was it the worst all inclusive in Cancun, no.

The hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of relaxation and overall quality. The main advantages are the convenient location close to the airport and Cancun city, as well as the beautiful beach. Unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. Many dishes were poorly cooked or prepared, and the menu was repetitive with a very limited selection of fish. The bar also had very limited alcohol options, and there was not even a proper cocktail menu available. Another major issue was the constant noise, both during the day and at night. Forget about having an afternoon siesta or peaceful rest. There were only a few beach loungers available for a very large number of guests, making it difficult to enjoy the beach comfortably. Although the hotel has many restaurants, most of them require reservations and additional payment. Housekeeping was done daily, but it seemed to consist mainly of making the bed and sweeping the floor, without thorough cleaning. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation, especially considering the high price. Unfortunately, the quality does not match the cost.
