Our stay in Mexico was made truly unforgettable by the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and the level of hospitality was outstanding. We had an amazing stay in Mexico, and the outstanding service made all the difference. A huge thank you to Carlos at the 8th floor bar, who made us feel welcome every day and crafted incredible cocktails with such warmth and friendliness. Jerry also brought fantastic energy to the morning service and always started our day with a smile. Chef Natividad's evening dishes upstairs were excellent and a real highlight of our stay. The hospitality from the entire team was exceptional—we can't wait to come back!

We visited this resort with our family after staying at a 4-star resort in Mexico a few years ago, so we had similar expectations. Once we arrived, we quickly realized this was more of a 3-star experience, especially when it came to the food. The hotel is older, but it seems to be well maintained. The entertainment team did an excellent job, especially at the kids' club. My 8-year-old daughter had an amazing time. My two older boys, who are 11 and 12, were a little too old for the kids' club, so they spent most of their time at the pool. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, and overall we still had a great family vacation despite the food. The evening shows were a mix of good and disappointing. Some of them, like the Grease and Lady Gaga shows, weren't particularly kid-friendly or engaging for younger audiences. However, the Michael Jackson show was by far the best performance of the week and was enjoyed by our whole family. The biggest disappointment was the food. After about the fourth day, the limited variety became noticeable, especially since we have dietary restrictions. Overall, it's a decent hotel. Just go in expecting a solid 3-star experience rather than a 4-star one, and you'll probably enjoy your stay much more. We also received outstanding service from Luis Pinto at the Italian restaurant, who made our dining experience very enjoyable.

we were served by some absolutely amazing staff members here. Carlos, Natiudad, jorge, Jerry on the 8th floor were the best! So welcoming and so much fun to chat to. Joel by the pool was super! And Ruby down in the London bar was so lovely to me and my family. But honestly all the staff here at this hotel have been absolutely fantastic. The facilities are always clean and food is really good. I can’t wait to come back

We stayed as apart of a large group. The hotel was thankfully able to accommodate our large group after other accommodations didn’t work out. The hotel is older but rooms and halls maintained and always clean. Beds comfortable. Staff always friendly. Beach in December beautiful. Where this resort falls very short is food, and entertainment. The main buffet was honestly the worst I have experienced. We did discover decent breakfast at the Italian restaurant. Lunch was iffy and we lived on chips and fries or sushi. Dinner we avoided the buffet and did the specialty restaurants… Mexican great, steak house should be called a grill house, the burger and chicken both great. French adult only restaurant we really enjoyed. My French onion soup and salmon were delicious. But I hate the reservation system. It’s not enjoyable to set an alarm for 750am just to ensure you get a spot right at 8am. And you can’t book with other rooms if your a large family ect. It all needs a redesign. The location is perfect and with some tweaks this place could really shine. At the moment it’s more of a lower budget resort. Ps please add an actual coffee bar with snacks and coffee served by staff and maybe some ice cream so you dont have to walk into the buffet to get some. An elevated guest experience will go along way with having more repeat visitors.

The show was great. Really fun! The pool and service is was fantastic! The show was so incredible they were very interactive with the kids and just fun all around. The water slide was 10 out of 10, my kids loved it. We’ve had a great time! Kids 6 and 8.
