Despite some challenges during our stay, I want to highlight the excellent service and exceptional hospitality we received from the dining room staff. The entire team was welcoming and attentive, and I especially want to thank Marco, who was incredibly professional, kind, and always made sure we had everything we needed. In addition, the breakfast supervisor provided us with warm, personal, and thoughtful service every single morning. She made us feel genuinely cared for and always greeted us with a smile. Their dedication and attitude truly elevated our experience and made every visit to the dining room enjoyable. When you encounter staff members who go above and beyond like this — they absolutely deserve recognition. A big thank you to Marco and the breakfast supervisor for their outstanding service!

Came here with 2 of my friends for a week away, a slight escape from reality. Am absolutely impressed with the level of service, kindness and support everyone is showing to us. Since the moment we arrived, all of our needs have been thoroughly taken care of. Especially our bar needs (special thanks to Kari, Robert, Belmai and Johan who always made sure that not only we have the best cocktails in hand, but also that we get them with a smile and awesome conversation). Food has been great, room is large, pretty and always clean. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the experience is top notch! Definitely must try the Italian restaurant in the resort. Appetizers were amazing and food was very tasty and prompt. Special thanks to Derek who took care of us and always provided service with a smile and absolute politeness. Highly recommend!

We stayed the past 7 days at park royal in cancun and we had a blast. We traveled with 4 kids ages 13,10,8, and 6 and we found the resort was the perfect size for kids. The buffet had different themes each night so meals changed nightly which was nice. We also enjoyed the aquarium, the extreme adventure excursion (we cannot say enough great things about nacho and his crew ensuring our safety and allowing me to drive slow with my 6 year old on the atv), and the aqua world submarine and snorkel tour. All excursions were amazing. During our stay Didi, Gustavo, Yolanda, and Alejandro went above and beyond for all of us all week. They were so patient with our kids and always greeted us with smiles and fist bumps. During our last day on our stay our kids went to kids club while my husband and I enjoyed relaxing massages in the spa and the kids had a blast while we enjoyed the most amazing 50 minute massage. The waterpark area was a great way to relax while the kids played the day away and the ocean was so blue and breathtaking. Beach was also clean, the life guards were so friendly and played beach soccer and volleyball with the kids. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The craving is amazing. The resort has such a nice Serving staff that were very consistent. I love all of their attitudes they made me and my wife feel comfortable and able to enjoy our first all inclusive together. Loved my vacation here and shout out to Tina and Francisco for their amazing service. 🙏👍👍

10/10 Resort This resort stands out for its thoughtful layout compared to other properties along the hotel zone strip. It’s a truly family-oriented destination that caters to guests of all ages. The staff are exceptionally professional, always attentive, and serve with genuine warmth. The beach is stunning, and the pools are both beautiful and impeccably maintained. The rooftop bar offers a perfect spot to unwind while taking in the breathtaking views of the hotel zone. For evening entertainment, the lobby bar is the place to be between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m., with a live DJ, great music, and a lively adult atmosphere. The waitstaff there deserve special mention for their energy and attentiveness, always checking in to offer refills. Dining options are impressive, though the buffet is a bit underwhelming compared to other resorts I’ve visited. Throughout the day, there’s no shortage of activities around the property, ensuring fun for guests of all ages. The resort’s mobile app is incredibly convenient, you can manage everything from maintenance and housekeeping requests to room service and daily activity schedules. On checkout day, I ordered breakfast through the app, and it was delivered promptly at 5:55 a.m. exactly as requested. I checked out at 6:30 a.m., perfectly satisfied after enjoying one of the best breakfasts of my stay. That experience was the perfect finishing touch to an exceptional visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!
