Highlights: The staff at Andiamo were outstanding. Every time we had breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we received exceptional service. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. During our final lunch, they even celebrated our anniversary by surprising us with two cakes. A special thank you to Diana, Gabriela, and Yulibaldo, Carlos, and Pedro for this thoughtful gesture. The staff is definitely the best part of this hotel! Thank you for making our experience so memorable. Cons: One side of the hotel is quite dated, and the buffet does not reflect the quality of the Andiamo restaurant. The selection is limited, and the food quality is disappointing. In addition, about half of the hotel’s restaurants were closed for renovations during our stay, leaving Andiamo and the buffet as the only included dining option. The other restaurant that remained open required an additional charge, which did not seem reasonable given the reduced number of available restaurants due to the renovation. We would have liked to have had this information from the beginning so that we could have better evaluated whether this hotel was the right choice for our stay.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Andiamo! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and exceeded our expectations. What truly made the evening special, however, was the exceptional service. Edilberto was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. His hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout the meal. We highly recommend Andiamo and look forward to dining here again!

My wife and I loved our 7 night stay at Grand Park Royal Cancun. This was to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Was our first time in Cancun, and first time all-inclusive, and if we come to Cancun again, we will come here. We book in January for Feb 21-28 2026 stay, so room selection was slim. Ended up with Royal Select (upgrade) King Hot Tub Oceanfront in the Royal tower. Many privileges we did not expect, like butler service, priority restaurant reservations, included bali bed (usually $30-50 per day). We usually do not pat for such upgrades anywhere, but this seems like a great value for the upgrade cost. Butler Yahahira was always responsive by Whatsapp for anything, and once the weekend busyness was through, she usually found us daily for a chat and smile. Server Alicia at La Grande was very sweet. We did not have dinner at the steakhouse (extra cost), but staying in the royal tower give access for quieter breakfast and lunch buffet here. Alicia served us 3 times for brekfast and once for lunch. The food everywhere is fantastic, plenty of options for variety. Even when using buffet, its a pleasant atmosphere, and that is the only place for made to order ommlette. We highly recommend the location. Hotel Zone is 20-30 min from airport and there are no better beaches in Cancun. We felt very safe here *even as we listened to news a cartel leader being targeted elsewhere.

Service & food was delicious and are waiters fYulivaldo y Verulo En el restaurant Andiamo where always so nice ask for them!!! Sushi restaurant- Mario & Miguel waiter were so attentive!! Sushi was delicious chef Lorenzo did a great job. Eduardo was always keeping us up with all the sports (volleyball) & (soccer) and different activities! Always so nice and helpful. Such an amazing person!!

Ignacio truly made our stay in Cancun memorable. He is an outstanding bartender—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. From the moment you sit down, he makes you feel welcome and taken care of, remembering preferences and always serving drinks with a smile. His energy and professionalism added so much to our experience, and he’s absolutely one of the highlights of this resort. Overall, the resort itself is beautiful and relaxing. The beach location is incredible—pristine, well-kept, and not overcrowded at all, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy the ocean. It’s a great place if you’re looking for a calm, laid-back atmosphere rather than a party scene, as there isn’t much nightlife on property. A few things to note for future guests: food portions across the resort tend to be on the smaller side, so you may find yourself ordering more than one dish. The gym closes at 8 PM, which felt a bit early for anyone who prefers evening workouts. Koi Oriental, while nicely presented, didn’t quite live up to the hype and felt overrated compared to other dining options. That said, the service—especially from Ignacio—along with the stunning beach truly stands out. If you’re looking for a peaceful Cancun getaway with excellent service and a bartender who makes every drink (and moment) better, this resort delivers.
