⭐ Google Reviews — English Version (direct & accessible) Disappointing stay – would not recommend We stayed here for two weeks and paid €1500 per person, but it was absolutely not worth the money. The hotel calls itself “all inclusive”, yet in some restaurants you still have to pay for your drinks. For the better restaurants you need to book in advance, but for three days in a row we couldn’t get a reservation anywhere because everything was fully booked. Customer service was also very disappointing. A misunderstanding about a reservation — which we had already sorted out — was brought back up again as if we had done something wrong. They asked us to show proof of cancellation, and there was even talk of checking security camera footage, which felt intimidating. At check-out, we found out the issue still hadn’t been communicated internally. Instead of the lobby simply calling the concierge, we had to walk all the way back to our own building to tell him again that the issue was already solved. That’s a seven-minute walk there and seven minutes back in the heat, all because they didn’t pass on the information. For such a big and supposedly luxurious hotel, this felt very unprofessional. Basic facilities were also poorly managed. The towel service was inconsistent and one day there were no clean towels at all. You can only get drinks from 11:00 onwards, the buffet food is average at best, and I even received a cup with a lipstick stain on it. The sunbeds are hard and uncomfortable, and the bar is often so busy that you wait far too long for a drink. Overall, this feels more like a 2- or 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star resort. We were treated unfriendly on multiple occasions, and simple things were made unnecessarily difficult. I would not recommend staying here if you want value for your money.

Overall the resort is pretty and relaxing but there were a lot of cons to this place. For starters everything closes at 11pm, you have to make reservations for majority of the restaurants and most of the time they are fully booked, me and my family came across multiple workers who seems like they didn’t wanna serve us or had a problem giving out multiple meals to one person even tho it’s an ALL INCLUSIVE, they charge for room service, there’s also a lot of people inside and outside the resort who constantly try to get you to go out and it became very obnoxious after a few days, the beach waves are very strong making the ocean un swim able which was disappointing. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again for a 8 day trip or in general just being honest.

Not worth the money. Staff at bars are nice and friendly but food is worst food I have ever had anywhere. Served food even came cold and no care to rectify it. Barely anything edible in buffets and impossible to get a restaurant reservation. We requested 2 beds and only got 1 and when we asked for a bed to be delivered they left the bed outside and wanted us to re arrange the room fit it in and dress it our self. The mattress was full of stains and we didn’t end up using it just knowing what state it was in. Felt sick knowing it was in the room. This all outweighed the lovely pools and beautiful views of the water especially from our room.

This place has been one of the best vacations I've ever had one year, and kind of a pain in the ass another. My first time to the Pyramid I had an absolute blast. We had the pool to ourselves, we could eat anywhere we wanted without reservations and had a beautiful relaxing time. The second time, the pools were packed, you had to leave a towel/bag/something on a chair overnight if you hoped to have a place to lay down by the pool, we had to make reservations two weeks in advance (well before our stay) in order to eat at several restaurants or to get a cabana by the water. The second trip we also sprung for "the black wristband" I can't remember what it was called but oit gave us access to more places to eat in the hotel which the ones we could get into were really nice. I'm not sure we'd stay again given the two experiences, but that first trip in 2021 was great!

Well, its complicated !!! This place has 3 diferentes hotel or ressort, and even if is the same entrance, you can't use or entrance in certain places. Like I said is complicated. When I arrived, no help with suitcases to get to the lobby, and worse no hepl to get to my room. The place is big!!! The guy in the reception give us a very confused directions, and it took us a long time to figure out, no help NONE!!!! The room OMG!! The bathroom had a big window that you can see through from the beds. So you can see everything !!! They put a paper bags to hide the view. And in the beach no service, unless you buy the sevice bottle, and you can't use the sections neither. So if you're lucky, maybe you will find a place to sit. If not well is nobody's problem, it's your fault to not wake up at 6am and reserve your place.
