Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. From staff to facilities everything was just so lovely. The grounds are amazing allowing for such a relaxing day in the sun. Gym was incredible, buffet area was amazing with its themed nights provided variety each night. (If you are vegetarian definitely discuss this with staff at the beginning of your stay as they will be able to cater for you specifically) Plenty of option for drinks as there were several bars serving delicious cocktails. The Tui blue app made it so easy to see what the daily programme was and for us to book activities such as fitness classes, tea making classes and dance classes. The whole hotel including rooms were very clean and equipped with anything you may need. Every single staff member from maids to Tui hotel reps were polite and extremely helpful. Not to mention the incredible entertainment team providing hilarious and unique evening entertainment. One tip would be to bring your own currency and get it changed in the hotel.( they give you the best rate with no transaction fees) we used atms in town and they charged a small fee. 100% would recommend and will definitely be returning for some relaxation and somewhere I know I can trust my experience will be good.

We stayed at the TUI Blue Medina Gardens in early January and I honestly have such mixed feelings because our first impression was actually amazing. The staff were super helpful and kind when we arrived, our room was prepared in minutes, and the first two days were perfect with great food and polite service; we were even planning our next holiday here, but everything overturned on our third day. We had a meal in the evening consisting of poultry, steamed vegetables, and couscous which tasted fine, but a few hours later we got violently sick. We were up all night and it was scary, but luckily we had medicine with us or it wouldn't have ended well. I am 110% guaranteed this was food poisoning from the hotel because we didn't eat or drink anything outside the complex and even used bottled water to brush our teeth, so there is simply no other explanation. When I went to reception early the next morning to explain we couldn't make our tour because my partner was in very bad shape, the staff member didn't care at all, offered no help, and just told me to sort it out with the tour company myself, although the TUI rep was much more understanding later on and helped us move the dates. To make matters worse, while the cleaners are usually great, they didn't leave any toilet paper that specific day, and when we found a cleaner down the hall to ask for some during our emergency, she was stressed out and said they were all out and would bring some in a few hours. We later spoke to other people in the garden and found out many other guests were sick, suggesting a clear outbreak. Once we recovered enough to look around, we started noticing major hygiene failures, like staff dropping forks on the floor and putting them back on tables, and glasses that were covered in detergent marks. What really shocked me, however, was one specific person I believe is a staff member; he was never in uniform, always in a tracksuit, drinking prosecco and smoking, yet I saw him wearing a filthy apron going in and out of the kitchen. I witnessed him moving food at the buffet with his bare hands and even taking a bread roll, not finishing it, and putting it back into the bread basket. It is sad because the location is lovely and the room cleaners are generally the best I've experienced, but the severe food poisoning, the lack of care from reception, and seeing a staff member handle food with bare hands while drinking alcohol is a huge "no" for me. I will not be returning and I cannot recommend this place to anyone until they fix these serious health and safety issues.

Just had 4 nights here and highly recommend this hotel with cheerful and helpful staff, good public areas and excellent food. It is spotlessly clean and kept constantly so. The main pool can be a little noisy at times but the perfect way to get some peace is in the beautiful gardens offering sun and shade and drinks service. The location is perfect for the main sites and the hotel has excellent security. The one big drawback which lost a star was the room. It was cramped, poorly designed and apart from bed (great!) uncomfortable. And the back yard view was truly awful. We were offered a chance to maybe move half way thru but decided not worth the hassle. I would really recommend this hotel but check if you can, what sort of room you will get. PS if you need an ATM there is one in the adjacent Ensemble Artisan (well worth a visit) as the hotel can’t accept a debit card.

What an amazing hotel! Location superb and the staff excellent. We stayed 1 week and leave with great memories. Every member of staff made us so welcome. We stayed in room 3002 and it was the best accommodation we ever had. The nightclub above finished at midnight so no problem with noise. The housekeeping was top class as was the hotel cleanliness. The buffet was 1 of the best we ever had although the French guest with the apron was a bit annoying. The a la carte restaurant we though the food was only average. In the main bar, staff did their best to get us drunk every night! The service was amazing with special mentions to Muhammad and Bader. The entertainment was of good standard. Already talking about coming back next year thank you

Absolutely amazing hotel. I booked this hotel last minute as a holiday with my mum to escape the everyday busy life and to be able to relax. If this sounds like you then this is the perfect hotel to book. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. There are two pools, one slightly smaller and quieter, and the main pool. The entertainment staff wonder around making sure that you have everything that you need and ask if you want to join in any of today’s activities (found on the app) so you never miss out on anything. And there’s no pressure to join in either!! Highly recommend getting the app on the first day as it tells you the schedule and what is on for dinner etc. The best bit was speaking to other guests and hearing how 80% were RETURNING guests. It really shows you how good the hotel and staff are. Mia, the entertainment manager is the best around. Making sure all of the guests are having fun and her smile you will not miss. Makes such a difference. MJ (Michael Jackson) is absolutely brilliant I highly recommend his dance classes as you learn dances that you can then perform in the evening disco (if you want to). He will make you feel so welcome and ensure you are having the best time. Didi is another entertainment rep, we met on the first evening. He asked about our journey and made sure we were settled in and knew where everything was. He is a real asset to the team. We always saw him wondering around making sure every single person is having a good time and feels welcome. He really brought light into the room, every single guest smiled and were having a good time when he was around. Hamza at the bar will make you custom cocktails based on your preferences, adds a real personal touch to the whole experience. The rest of the team were also brilliant, I could write a book. The reception, the tui rep, the waiters/waitreses. Thank you team. Keep up the good work We will be returning
