⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Phuket! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety, and all the facilities were well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Nui for taking such great care of us. She was kind, professional, and made our stay even more enjoyable with her excellent service. We truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. We will definitely come back again!

We’re staying in two Premium King rooms (4 adults + 2 little ones aged 3 and 1), and we are seriously impressed! The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and the air conditioning is excellent—an absolute must in this heat. The kids’ pools are amazing, and the main pool with the swim-up bar is just stunning—such a great place to relax while the kids have fun. Food-wise, we’ve been blown away. Breakfast and dinner at Charm Thai have both been incredible, and Terrazzo was equally delicious—honestly, we haven’t had a single meal we didn’t love. Grab & Go has become a favourite too—great food, fantastic service, and so convenient. Everything here is spotless and so well maintained. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and really add to the whole experience. As first-time visitors, we’re also loving how much is within walking distance—so much right at our doorstep! A special shoutout to Liu, Pu, and Bam at Grab & Go—they went above and beyond for us. Truly exceptional service, and honestly, it’s hard to find this level of quality and care back home in Australia. We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Only thing we would do differently next time is book the extra day prior to our arrival because after over 13 hours travel to have to wait 4 hours in the heat with little ones to check in was not good and not a good start to our holiday check in staff were not very reasonable with requests to check in earlier and even pay for early check in (even though I’m IHG member and did email arrival time in advance) they win I will pay the extra if we ever come back.

We had a wonderful family stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket. We travelled as a family of four with our children aged 3 and 8, and the hotel was perfect for families. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Patong Beach, restaurants, shopping, and attractions, yet the resort itself feels peaceful and relaxing. The swimming pools were a huge highlight for our children, who spent hours enjoying them every day. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety with something for everyone in the family. We especially appreciated how family-friendly the resort is. It made travelling with young children easy and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Phuket to families visiting Phuket.

Perfect hotel for kids! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the facilities were excellent, and everything was kept clean and well maintained. A special mention goes to the kids club, which truly made our holiday unforgettable. Our daughter absolutely loved it and looked forward to going there every single day. The activities were fun, engaging, and the staff at the kids club were so caring and amazing with the children. It gave us parents the chance to relax knowing she was having the best time in a safe and happy environment. Specially thanks to Kafiw, Fern and rest of girls at kids club. We highly recommend this hotel to families and would love to come back again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Resort Patong. The room was great, with a beautiful balcony and pool view. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. A special thanks to Fefe at the restaurant. She was very welcoming, always greeted us with a smile, and helped us with seating. Her professionalism, friendliness, and positive attitude made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable.
