We came here for a week of fun at the theme parks and this hotel did not disappoint. Jean from the front desk took the absolute best care of us! It was my birthday and he not only was kind and helpful at check in but incredibly informative and gave us the best tips for our Disney adventure, Jean truly went above and beyond. Thank you! Special shoutout to Christopher as well for being so responsive over the Hilton app. This hotel offers good food options, we stuck to the 24 hour market and the in-room dining. All affordable and good family friendly options. The market also offers breakfast / dinner options à la carte if you need something fast or missed the breakfast buffet. They have an espresso machine at the market 24/7. This hotel is the perfect location if you are going to any of the Disney parks. They also offer shuttles which is what we used to get to and from the parks.100% recommend the shuttles, book it a night in advance. Disney Springs is a walkable 5 mins away and houses a variety of activities on off days or travel days. Universal is about 20 minutes away and we had no troubles finding Ubers. The rooms are very clean, well stocked and the showers are HOT. Overall, a great stay. We will absolutely be returning to this Hilton on our next Orlando adventure. Thank you Jean and team!

I recently stayed at this hotel while attending a conference, and the service and accommodations were truly exceptional. Since I was attending only one week after surgery and using a wheelchair, I was especially grateful for the kindness and attention I received from the staff. A special thank you to Bashir, the Banquet Captain, and Lourdes, one of the servers, who went above and beyond during lunch service to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their caring attitude, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made such a difference during my stay. The level of hospitality I experienced exceeded my expectations, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their guests. I highly recommend this hotel for both conferences and personal stays. Thank you again for such outstanding service!

The staff was outstanding. They were very friendly, helpful, and made sure our stay was great. The rooms were clean, but a little dated. The pool was nice and clean. We utilized the free resort shuttles to get to various Disney parks and they were very useful and always on time. Disney Springs is just a short walk from the hotel.

Great Stay! I stayed here from June 12th through June 14th, 2026, and had a wonderful experience. The service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was immaculately clean and felt very fresh, making for a highly comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Was here for a family wedding over in Disney Springs and it was the perfect location for our stay. Jean was particularly helpful at the front desk from the initial check-in where he helped me with the app, to adding not one but an unexpected 2nd family members to my room (so we were able to come and go as we pleased over the stay), to the late checkout on Sunday so we could rest after 2 days full of celebrating. He is the best! We also enjoyed lounging by the pool in the early morning, bourbon in the bar late at night, and a well kept fitness center that had everything we needed. Great stay all around.
