We stayed here during the first leg of our honeymoon trip in Thailand and we really enjoyed our time here. When we arrived, they had a honeymoon setup in the room with a rose petal-filled bath drawn. The resort is not too large so the staff was pretty attentive to our requests. It's also conveniently located right next to Fisherman's Village as well as the beach. A somewhat minor complaint is that some power outlets in the room seemed to be connected to the light switches, so turning off the lights at night would result in devices not charging.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We encountered so many thoughtful details to the hospitality. The restaurant menus boasted cuisines from so many parts of the world. Everything was a short walk from our room. We loved the multiple spa treatments and then relaxing even more in the pool with a drink in hand. Our kids rode jet skis in the ocean right in front. But next time we want to stay in our room and enjoy all the amenities within! Highly recommend this resort for families, couples and anyone who needs a place to rest!

We had an incredible stay at Hansar Samui Resort during our honeymoon and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui. The location is fantastic—right on the beach and within easy walking distance of Fisherman's Village, great bars, restaurants, and the local food markets. It was the perfect base for exploring while still feeling like a relaxing luxury retreat. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa. The treatments were so amazing that we went back twice! We really appreciated how accommodating the team were in fitting us in without needing extensive planning, which made it easy to enjoy some extra relaxation during our trip. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a huge selection of options. As someone who requires gluten-free food, I was blown away by how accommodating the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble, and on one occasion they even made me a delicious Tom Kha soup for breakfast. The level of care and attention to dietary requirements was outstanding. The pool area was beautiful and being right on the beachfront made it even better. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring. The only small suggestion would be for the in-room dining menu to have gluten-free options clearly marked, similar to how vegetarian dishes are identified. However, the kitchen staff were fantastic and very knowledgeable when we called, happily explaining what could be adapted and prepared safely. We also experienced the Dinner Under the Stars package, which was absolutely perfect. The setting was incredibly romantic, the food was delicious, and the staff did an amazing job making the evening feel special. We were so full by the end that we had to take dessert back to our room! Thank you to the entire Hansar team for creating such a memorable honeymoon experience. Your warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay truly special.

Hansar Samui is honestly amazing. The location is perfect—right on the beach with beautiful views and just a quick walk to Fisherman’s Village. The rooms are huge, stylish, and super clean, which made it easy to just relax and enjoy the luxury. The breakfast and the restaurant is great with plenty of options, and the whole place feels peaceful and never too crowded. If you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish, and friendly place in Koh Samui, this is it. The hotel is beautiful, but the staff are the real stars: * Front Desk: Huge thanks to Angel she is truly an angel . She is so welcoming and caring made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived til the day we left Angel always been there for us * The Bar: We had the best time with Mr. A, Mr. Bond, and the whole beach bar crew. They make the best drinks and keep the atmosphere so fun and upbeat. * Special Thanks to Kwan: A very special thank you to Kwan. She is so thoughtful and caring—she’s the reason that every time we visit, it feels like we are coming back home We can’t wait to come back!

I stayed here for four days and had a truly memorable experience at Hansar Samui Resort & Spa. One evening, I suddenly experienced severe shoulder pain, and the staff went above and beyond by arranging immediate support and even taking me to the hospital when no drivers were available, then safely bringing me back to the hotel. I was also touched by their thoughtful gestures, such as offering us Thai fruits. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality was exceptional. This was by far the best hospitality I have experienced in Thailand. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Samui.
