We had a very enjoyable stay here. Location is excellent… close but not too close to the craziness. Rooms were great and the lobby will be outstanding once it’s finished in a few weeks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Louise at the front desk, chef M for the Thai cooking lesson, and the manager (can’t remember her name!) who went above and beyond for our, greatly appreciated, late checkout. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of variety and was quite tasty. We especially liked trying the various kinds of juices available. Definitely will revisit the next time we are in the area.

OMG.. Where do I start... What an amazing experience.. I didn't what to leave😅 .. I stay in hotels at least 2 to 3 times a month and this tops it all.. Everything started at the reception.. Nook and Nitta where extremely warm an unbelievably super welcoming. Louise the inter was so warm and very professional. I have never felt so great after a long flight and drive at check in. The rooms and pool were amazing.. The team where so welcoming and warm through out the stay The service was AMAZING... From the restaurant to the mojito bar to the breakfast team.. The new lobby can to life the day we were leaving but I made sure I was the first. Customer there abd POPED a bottle of champagne to celebrate... My huge thank you to the whole team lead by Nitta.. I can't even begin to show my appreciation for the them. From.. Nook, Nitta, Louise, Linda, Rainy, Paula, Pon, Pretty.. I apologize for the names i don't remember.. "khàawp khun mâak khráp" Thank you very much team "DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort" Zubi.

Just stayed here for the past 3 nights, with my 8 year old son. Highly recommend. Breakfast was amazing, with a large range of choices. Staff were so lovely. Room was great, kept clean each day by housekeeping. Rooms had everything we needed. Pools were perfect temperature and kept clean. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Patong Banthai Resort! We had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. The resort is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located right in the heart of Patong. The rooms are comfortable, the pool area is relaxing, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel like you’re on a true holiday. A special shout-out to Fon and Veer from the Mojito Bar 🍹 — they were absolutely fantastic and deserve a 10 stars. Always welcoming with warm smiles, great service, and perfect drink recommendations. They made every visit to the bar so enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket — great location, lovely staff, and excellent service all around. Can’t wait to come back! 🌴💙

The hotel's location is excellent, and the front-of-house and housekeeping staff are exceptional. Upon my arrival on November 3rd, 2025, the main reception area was undergoing renovations, which appear promising for its completion. Breakfast offers a good selection, though I would appreciate a more consistent availability of Dal Makhani. The hotel is conveniently situated near Walking Street, with a 7/11 nearby. I found the Tops store, directly outside the hotel, to be particularly convenient. The hotel is located across from the beach, with ample taxi availability. For travel within Patong, I recommend not exceeding 200 Bhat for taxi fares. I anticipate returning in the near future.
