Im a VIP member of the Hilton loyalty programme and they did not disappont. Upgraded me to a premier poolside room, service was good(albeit the poolside bar guy was a bit rude). Pool(not the lagoon) needs a bridge for crossing, the path is a bit dangerous with luggage. Very good location and service, staff are nice! The gym could do with some more variety in their equipment...and the steam room was out of order(this was one of the main reasons i booked this hotel) they should mention this prior to booking. I also did the cooking class, which was the highlight of the stay

I had an absolutely positively incredible stay at the Doubletree just steps away from Patong Beach and all of the activities. They upgraded me to a room on the first floor pool view that I walked right into the pool and the swam to the pool bar being a diamond member. Nabee provided excellent service at the pool bar. She was very nice and friendly. All of their staff was very nice and did anything you needed to make your stay more enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree Patong Beach. It’s close to everything and the hotel rooms are very comfortable. Their breakfast is amazing and huge with so many selections to suit everyone. I will definitely return.

We were welcomed in a very warm, respectful, and professional way from the first moment. You immediately feel comfortable a perfect balance of professionalism, relaxed atmosphere, and style. We had accidentally booked a double bed, and the staff reacted quickly and very flexibly by offering us twin beds, which was arranged immediately. That’s real quality service. Special thanks to LK at the reception and her colleague Phloy both were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. We had a balcony overlooking an inner pool, the room was pleasantly pre-cooled, and it was very quiet. Highly recommended we felt truly welcome and would happily return.

We've been staying at Doube Tree Phuket for years now and have not been disappointed. The staff are amazing. From the concierge, the pool, breakfast, the staff look after us like we're family. They are so kind to our young boys as well. The hotel has recently been renovated and is stunning, the rooms are immaculate. Coming here is honestly a home away from home. The beach is just across the road and we enjoyed it before relaxing in the hotel pool after the massive breakfast spread. Thank you all for making our time special, especially to Mr Egg, Timmy, NB, Nook, Fong, Katty and Jasmine.
