Such a beautiful Disney resort that I would happily stay at again. The actual grounds are stunning and have such character. We really enjoyed that it has an unconventional open exterior layout which really captured that “dreamy” feel. Staff onsite are great- always friendly and happy to help. Housekeeping was also amazing and very happy to cater and come over to replace things if you needed something. The hotel also boasts a fairly big gift shop that also stocks alot of snacks, toiletries and Disney merchandise among other things which was very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Great little resort. Easy to walk everywhere from our "Preferred room". Boat to the springs was great and busses were easy even on one of those most crowded weeks of the year. Kids would have rather stayed in the pool all day than go back to the park. Movies and smores at night (warning they charge for the s'mores but it's still nice). Only complaints are very minor: I wish there were a few more smaller sized lifejackets for the little ones. I was still always able to find one on a busy week but it was stressful when I couldn't right away. The garbage and recycling cans are SO SMALL. For how many snacks and meals we make shifted in the room they filled up way to fast! With room service only every other day we took our own trash out a lot. I will stay here again and you should also stay here and put the $500+ per night you save against the grand Floridian into extending your trip!

I loved this resort so much!! The staff was incredible every single employee has been A+ and super friendly, they’re super patient and understanding. The food is great, the site is not the largest but i feel like it makes it less overwhelming and more personal. The room was nice and comfortable and had good room service in terms of cleaning. Will go back for sure!

Staff stood out so much. They were fantastic and helpful at every turn. We got there hours early and our room was ready immediately. Food was good but the beignets were the standout. A great location and break from the chaos of the parks. Wonderful theming. Buses and everything so close to walk too. When I stay at a Disney resort again, it will be here.

Beautiful place with a fun pool area and good food available. The rooms were quiet and had lots of storage. Double sinks in the bathroom with a stool for the little kiddos to use to reach! Enjoyed our stay very much!
