We loved our first time staying at this Disney Resort. Rooms were very clean. Pool amenities excellent. Grounds immaculate and well kept. Bus service to the parks fast and efficient. Nice ratio adults to kids - was not swarming with kids like Art of Animation. Service picking up coffee and beignets and coffee was slow and busy- put a second person on cash. We would recommend .

We didn’t stay here, we visited on a Monday resort hopping jaunt. It’s our standard during the Christmas season when the parks are slammed. The Christmas decor is stunning. It’s truly beautiful. The grounds are so gorgeous, I was blown away. If you go to the French Quarter side, you can take either the boat or walk to the riverside side, which is even more spectacular. It’s a 15 min boat ride to Disney Springs, and then you can either do the 1.5 mile walk or 15 min boat ride to Old Key West resort. It was a great morning segment of our longer day.

I like this resort. It is smaller and more walkable than its neighbor Riverside. Overall theming is a nice blend of the actual French Quarter and Disney Properties. Rooms are nice and impeccably clean. A plus in our room was the sliding door to section of the bathroom area from the living area. Food is okay. Quick service is the only option and it has a nice mix of Cajun classics and food for the whole family. If you are looking for something nicer you can walk over to Riverside or get on a bus to another location. Speaking of buses, they are the only transportation option to the parks. About 10 minutes to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, 15 to Hollywood and 18 or so to Animal Kingdom. A nice feature is the boat to Disney Springs. A great option for transportation to a nice dinner or shopping.

We had a corner room in building 2 on the 2nd floor. Our room had a ceiling fan and no carpet and seemed to be recently updated. Quiet and the view of the grounds and the water were fantastic. We saw a horse drawn carriage some nights and came to enjoy the sound of the boats going back and forth from Disney Springs. I can’t wait to come back to this very walkable resort. Restaurant quick service dining areas stayed open late also which is appreciated when you are visiting with a 3 hour time difference

Beautiful hotel. Great location on our room. We stayed at building 4. A 30 second walk to the food court. Cute pool with slide. Staff friendly. Room was adequate for 4 adults. Alittle snugged but doable. The atmosphere was great, jazzed theme and decorative for the hoildays. Worth what we payed with discounts.
