Visited for a short 3 days stay, and the resort and staff exceeded my expectations. Check-in was prompt, and Bill and Mary at reception were so friendly and knowledgeable when introducing the resort and available activities. I was also given a free upgrade to the Five Islands room, and it was beautiful. The view was amazing, room was spacious, and the water in the private pool always cool and perfect for a soak. Housekeeping kept the room spotless, and the turn-down service included yummy cookies and a really cute handmade mini turtle plushie. It was such a peaceful retreat and I’m already planning my next trip back. Thank you to everyone at Conrad Koh Samui for making it such a wonderful stay!

I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. We came from Japan and spent a total of 6 nights in Koh Samui. Our first hotel was located in the city, while Conrad is far from the downtown area, so it was very quiet and perfect for my wife and me to relax. The room was spacious, clean, and had a private pool, so we could spend the whole day comfortably in the room without needing to go anywhere. It perfectly suited what we were looking for. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and excellent. We would definitely love to come back again.

We had a wonderful time at Conrad Koh Samui and can highly recommend this hotel without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and very well taken care of. The entire resort is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and offers breathtaking views of the ocean. We were especially impressed by the private villas with their own pools, the peaceful atmosphere, the privacy, and the outstanding service. The entire team was always friendly, attentive, and professional, without ever being intrusive. We would especially like to mention the Hotel Manager Marco Araujo, who took exceptional care of us. He gave us many valuable tips for our stay at the hotel and on the island, which made our holiday even more special. You can immediately feel that he truly cares about the well-being of his guests. We would also like to highlight the **lady at the breakfast reception, Ms. Ni**, who was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive every morning. She welcomed us with a smile, took excellent care of us, and also gave us many great recommendations. The breakfast, the food, and the overall atmosphere were excellent.
