I am reviewing the day pass option I didn't stay here. The day pass is 1800 baht and you get a lounger for the sat, towel, access to main pool (not adults pool sadly) and 15% off F&B, which I used at their gorgeous Salt society restaurant. Even as a day pass holder, the service was attentive and so welcoming. From the moment i was greeted by front desk, to getting the sun lounger, to being topped up with water, ordering drinks, to the pool server arranging my table at salt society, I was treated as well as they treat other guests and this just made the investment worth it. Great pool and spot on Chaweng beach and just the way they were so attentive yet unobtrusive really made my last day in Samui special. Thanks to Alan and Mike in particular. I would consider staying at this hotel next time because of how great the service was on the day pass and at salt society.

I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel!! Everything was perfect!! From the hotel itself which looks like heaven to the amazing employees who work there who always make sure that nothing is missing. Extremely high service awareness. Thanks to the amazing Michelle who took care of us from day one and to the stunning Sandy from the hotel's steakhouse. Crazy breakfast - (for celiacs here there is a gluten-free stand of bread, cereals and cakes). Recommend!!

My partner and I had the BEST time here! We’ve been twice it’s that incredible. The staff go above and beyond to make the stay relaxing, magical, and truely one of a kind. This time, both Sao & White were amazing! They organised reservations, cars, and everything else in between - we will honestly miss them. Cannot recommend this place enough! The food, pool, rooms, and facilities are all 5 star, you won’t want to leave.

Amazing Vacation with Centara Reserve Samui!!!! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, especially the breakfast team. Breakfast had so many delicious options that even after 4 nights we still couldn’t try everything! The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and the hotel had a very natural and relaxing atmosphere. Also, the Thai restaurant “Sa-Nga” is a must try! We truly loved our stay and will definitely come back again!
