We had an amazing stay here. Thankyou to Wut for his pool service and Coach was amazing too. Coach remembered everything about us and was really personable in his service. Kla was my son’s favourite at breakfast each morning. All the staff were awesome! We had a great package and the weather minus one day in our 9 day stay was perfect! We stayed in July! Way less crowded! The beach was a 10 minute walk with our two children 11 and 13. I will miss my morning omelettes and happy hour cocktails. Thankyou

I stayed here as a group of three adults in July and had an excellent experience overall. The hotel was expansive and had plenty available to do for all ages. Despite the three pools, pool bar, and kids club, the hotel still feels quiet and relaxing. The location was great and placed us really near to the beach, which is easy to access, and near some shops across the street. If you need water, medicine, bug spray etc, you can get it in minutes. The options and variety for food were extensive. The breakfast buffet changed up each day to kep things fresh, there was a dinner buffet (with show) offered twice per week, and the dinner options at the restaurant were all really good and generous. I'd like to thank Chef Ngek in particular, when she found out I was a vegetarian she was incredibly accommodating and always made sure I knew what food was available to me, even making me special options if necessary. I cannot thank her enough! The hotel offers plenty of amenities in room, including water bottles and regular service. If you ever need to order anything to be replaced, they have a really easy concierge app that makes your stay a breeze. Otherwise, you can call the front desk and they'll help out. The price is also very reasonable for what's available. The rooms are a bit dated with some light staining on the bed linens, furniture and curtains. But it's clear that the cleaning staff are very thorough and attentive. They were also able to accommodate our request for three beds, which I really appreciated. The main standout was the staff. Everyone here was so friendly and really went above and beyond in helping us. I received excellent service at the front desk from Jezzy. All of the staff at the restaurant and pool area were exceptional, but I'd like to highlight Num, Kla, Mark, Gub Gib, Aoy, and Coach. They were so lovely to us all of the time and we were always thrilled to see them. We all really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back. I highly recommend this resort!

This resort I stayed at for 2 days was a really good choice, When we arrived at 1am due to our delayed flight there was someone there who happily served us and didn’t complain. The price was quite cheap when we booked it 2 days before and it had pools one with a slide and volleyball net keeping most kids entertained for hours but there is another one thats is more quiet. I also thought the breakfast was good with it being filled with many options. Also got to play ping pong and darts before heading back to the room with a bidet, bottled water and cool and efficient aircon. The only problem with this place is that some areas can be a bit of a walk to such as the markets but apart from that I recommend this hotel.

Great stay! Extremely good value. Good rooms, pools, restaurant, and gym. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. And we enjoyed the offseason quietness. About a 10min to the beach. Plenty of great restaurants around. Shout out to our friend Wut, for great hospitality.

Service is great, rooms as well ! gym 24/7 Little flaws I notice, which became not comfi to me: no outlets by the bed, pool works only till 7pm, beach is far and closed by the view of the wall on the street. But it’s nice that hotel entrance located kinda not on the main street, but on the quiet one! And everything else is quite fancy! They have a beach transfer as well!
