We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for our family. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. A special mention goes to the childcare team, who were exceptionally warm, patient, and caring with the children. They created a safe, fun, and engaging environment, allowing parents to relax while knowing their little ones were in good hands. The staff showed genuine care and enthusiasm, and our children looked forward to spending time with them each day. The hotel's facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool and family-friendly amenities, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money and made our trip even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

Centara Karon was a wonderful place to stay. The renovated room was clean and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt like a peaceful retreat in nature. It was also a great place to stay with our 4-year-old child. Since we visited during the rainy season, there were days when it rained all day and we couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool. However, the Kids Club had a wide variety of activities, so we never felt bored and always had something fun to do. In particular, Nicky and a female staff from the Kids Club took great care of my child and made our stay even more enjoyable. Activities like pizza making and T-shirt making kept our child entertained and happy throughout the stay. One small issue was that some of our requests, such as bedding arrangements and late check-out, were not properly reflected at the front desk in advance. But the front desk staff made genuine efforts to resolve the situation and handled it well. All of the staff, including the concierge and restaurant team, were kind and welcoming. We had a very enjoyable vacation and would love to visit again in the future.

I would like to compliment all the staff at Centara Karon Resort for making our stay so enjoyable. A special thanks to Jenny at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful during check-in. She personally escorted us to our room and took the time to explain the hotel’s facilities and services in detail. The staff at the Kids’ Club were also wonderful—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring towards the children. Throughout our stay, every staff member greeted us warmly with genuine smiles, which made us feel very welcome. I would also recommend downloading the hotel’s app before your stay. It is very convenient and provides easy access to hotel information and services. The room design is modern and comfortable. One feature we particularly appreciated was the ceiling fan, which is quite rare in hotel rooms. Given the humid seaside climate, it made the room feel much more comfortable. The room also comes with a large smart TV, allowing guests to enjoy YouTube and Netflix during their stay. The resort offers three different swimming pools to suit various guest preferences. As a family traveling with a child, we especially loved the family-friendly pool facilities. My son had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed every moment there. The hotel’s location is another great advantage. Convenience stores such as 7-Eleven and Watsons, along with numerous restaurants, are all within walking distance. Beautiful Karon Beach is also easily accessible on foot. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Centara Karon Resort to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Karon.

Came for our honeymoon with our 2.5 year old and it was amazing! The resort was recently renovated so the photos did not do it justice. The kids pool was so great for the kids with fountains and slides, and the kids play room we used every day too! All the service was top notch and food a lot better than most of the street restaurants. The spa was worth every dollar, so divine. Highly recommend!

We stayed 6 nights at this resort and had a lovely time. Some of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special - they were friendly, helpful and very attentive, so I'd like to mention them personally. Nannie in the pool club restaurant who served us lunch and dinner every day, she was an amazing waitress. Both Salem and Songkran were excellent porters - they offered us many rides in the buggy to help us get around the resort when it was hot and they were very helpful in many ways. The resort helped us out with a late checkout since we had a late departure. The gym is well equipped and the "all inclusive" food and drink option was great value. There were a few things that we felt could be improved upon... we would have preferred to have air conditioning in the restaurants and lobby area. I understand the style was open air, but it was challenging in the heat to stay comfortable for meals or waiting in the lobby. In our room, we didn't like that the bathroom facilities weren't encased within an actual bathroom - the toilet was one room, the shower was another room, the mirror and basin were in the room itself, so there wasn't privacy for coming out of the shower and no fan ventilation. Also, the buffet breakfast was limited in some areas, especially gluten free offerings and healthy options. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd recommend it for the value, location and friendly staff.
