Lovely resort, great location with beachfront views and street markets across the street. A special shout out to Ben and Aor in the buffet restaurant who provided fantastic service to us and became like family even memorising our preferred drinks every dinner! The rooms were always clean and well presented and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We had great massages at Kanda spa and they were very relaxing. A great resort and we had a lovely 9 days here .

Our stay at Beyond Resort Kata was absolutely incredible! The hotel has a perfect beachfront location with breathtaking ocean views and an amazing atmosphere. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained every day. The food was excellent, with a great variety and delicious breakfasts every morning. We also loved the massage salon inside the hotel — professional therapists, relaxing atmosphere, and truly one of the best massages we had during our trip. What made this experience truly special was the outstanding staff — everyone was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Aoy from housekeeping for the wonderful surprises and attention to detail that made us feel so welcome. Beautiful beach, excellent service, amazing food, relaxing spa, and unforgettable sunsets — everything was perfect. We will definitely come back again!

Sabina H . Deutschland ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Beyond Kata Phuket. The hotel is in a perfect location directly on the beautiful Kata Beach. The entire property is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We felt welcome from the very first day. All staff members are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you goes to the manager, Mr. Glenn Ferrer, who is an outstanding person—kind, professional, and genuinely caring about the guests. We would also like to thank the kitchen team: Prathmesh, Pun, and Kristian for the delicious food and excellent service. Many thanks to the restaurant staff: Sabai, Rona, Sun, and Joe FB, for their warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. We are also grateful to the housekeeping team: AE, Tontarn, Nomwan, and Tik for keeping our room perfectly clean every day. A special thanks to the reception team: Bumbim, Jennie, Zubeni, and Mr. Nuch for their kindness, professionalism, and assistance throughout our stay. Beyond Kata Phuket is a fantastic hotel, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holidays by the sea. We will definitely come back!

Phyu, Azu and Feena at the reception were absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived, they gave us a real, genuine Thai welcome, and it was the perfect start to our stay at Beyond Kata Resort. It’s true that the frontline team is the face of the company, and these ladies represented the resort really well. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I want to give a shout-out to Namwan for the meticulous and professional room cleaning each day we were there. It was such a delight to come back to our spotless and wonderfully smelling room. I also wanted to give a shout-out to Salin and Rona for making our time at the pool bar so lovely. They were a lot of fun and we had a great time laughing with them. It was truly another beautiful experience with the staff at Beyond Kata. Having stayed at Beyond Kata three times now, we have definitely noticed a significant improvement in the staff and customer service. As always, Beyond Kata is our favourite place to escape home. It is perfect in every way—the location is great, the resort is beautiful right on the beach, it is close to night markets and lots of shops, cafes and massage places. Thank you, Phyu, Azu, Feena, Salin and Rona - your exceptional customer service made our stay better. We’d come back just for the warm welcome!

Our 3rd time here, the hotel is on a beautiful beach and close to shops. The biggest improvement we noticed compared to our other 2 visits was the food. The meals were absolutely delicious and of high quality. We highly recommend this for a wonderful family visit. Every member of staff were incredible. Congratulations on the improvements.
