I had a fantastic stay at Amari Phuket Resort! From the moment I arrived, the reception team welcomed me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. What really stood out was the positive attitude and hospitality of everyone working there specially ever smiling and helpful Kanny. They genuinely made me feel valued as a guest and ensured that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The service was attentive without being intrusive, which created a very relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Amari Phuket Resort to anyone visiting Phuket. Great service, welcoming staff, and a memorable experience!.

I had a wonderful stay at Amari Phuket and was truly impressed. The hotel may not be brand new, but the atmosphere, ocean views, and overall experience made this stay feel very special. Of course, the highlight is the ocean and the bar by the sea. Sunset here is absolutely beautiful and it’s the kind of place where you can just sit, relax, and not feel the need to go anywhere else. However, what impressed me even more than the scenery was the service. Khun Joy and Khun Betty were incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive. Their recommendations were excellent, and they served with genuine smiles and care, which made the stay even more memorable. The Pakarang Club Lounge is another standout. It feels luxurious, peaceful, and offers one of the most beautiful views in Patong. Honestly, there’s no need to go out looking for restaurants — everything here is already excellent and complete. Overall, this was a truly relaxing stay with stunning ocean views, warm hospitality, and a perfect balance between privacy and convenience. I would absolutely love to return and could easily see myself staying here many more times in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket.

Our stay at Amari Phuket was nothing short of exceptional. Tucked away at the quieter end of Patong Beach, the location offers the perfect balance — close enough to the buzz of Patong, yet peaceful and private once you step onto the property. One of the standout features is the resort’s private beach. Especially from the Deluxe Wing rooms, you can step out and have direct access to the shoreline within moments. That sense of exclusivity, combined with panoramic sea views, makes the stay feel indulgent yet relaxed. The resort itself is expansive, with three swimming pools thoughtfully positioned to capture ocean views. Dining options are plentiful and well executed. The breakfast buffet offers an impressive spread, and having two club lounges adds a premium touch for guests seeking a more refined experience. Rim Talay Restaurant deserves special mention for its excellent Asian and Indian selections — flavorful, authentic, and consistently well presented. What truly sets Amari Phuket apart is the estate itself. A beautifully designed nature walkway winds through the property, offering scenic views and quiet corners to unwind. The tree pods for afternoon tea are a charming highlight — perfect for a relaxed, elevated experience. Overall, Amari Phuket combines prime location, thoughtful design, and outstanding hospitality. It stands out as one of the best resort experiences in Phuket — ideal for couples, families, or anyone seeking comfort with character.

If you have a booking here, cancel it immediately. The rooms are filthy. There are stains and hair all over the couches, chairs, tables, and floors. Basic cleanliness is completely ignored. The staff are careless, unresponsive, rude and dishonest especially Mr. Golf and Ms. Mira. The buggy service is extremely slow and disorganized. It takes forever, and the buggies themselves are low-quality, poorly maintained, and overcrowded — it feels more like waiting for public transportation than a hotel service. The newer, better-looking buggies parked near the lobby entrance are just for show and not actually used for guests. There is no decent beach at this property, and it looks nothing like the advertised photos. The images appear heavily edited and do not reflect the actual rooms, facilities, or surroundings. The beach massage was particularly disappointing—it involved nothing more than oil being applied with no technique or professionalism. The pools are underwhelming and again not as advertised, making them unenjoyable. The overall service at the pool bar is slow, and the menu is very limited and unimpressive, offering low quality relative to the prices charged. Towels service is very weird as no one is there. Staying here is not just an inconvenience, but also a HEALTH RISK. This place does not meet even the minimum standards of a 1-star hotel. Do not put your health at risk by staying here. The only good thing in this hotel was the respect and service of one staff (Mr. Eric).

We decided to have a beach vacation with our family, and this was our first international trip to Phuket with our baby. Choosing Amari turned out to be a great decision and made this trip truly memorable for us. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team impressed us with their warm welcome and genuine smiles. A special soft toy was given to our baby, which was a very thoughtful gesture and immediately won our hearts. The staff also went the extra mile by accommodating our request for a beach-facing room, understanding that this stay would be a special experience for our baby and family. Throughout our stay, the lobby atmosphere was welcoming, with every staff member greeting us warmly and always smiling. All our special requests were fulfilled, including bottle sterilization support and providing extra towels, which made traveling with a baby much more comfortable and stress-free. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and had breakfast at the hotel throughout our stay at Rim Talay. While the breakfast setup and ambiance were pleasant, I feel there is room for improvement in the variety and taste of the food. It wasn’t bad by any means, but adding more local Thai cuisine or signature delicacies could elevate the experience and give it more of a “wow” factor. In terms of cleanliness, the room was well-maintained and met an acceptable and comfortable standard. Overall, Amari is a highly recommended beach resort, especially for families. Personally, this has been one of our best travel experiences, and it will always be special as our first international vacation with my wife and baby. We truly appreciate the hospitality and care shown by the team.
