I had a lovely, albeit short, stay here, arriving on a Saturday evening and departing in a Monday morning. This was my first time in Punta Cana and first time at a resort. I was very impressed. The staff were lovely. I received a particularly warm welcome from Adrian at check in, and Lucy in Ventanas also made me feel special. My room was comfortable with everything I needed. As I was alone, and only there for a short time, I stuck to the buffet for meals - I found it very good. As a vegetarian, there were lots of options. The salad bar in particular was always very fresh. The pool is fantastic and I also enjoyed swimming at the beach. The resort felt very safe, which was important to me as a solo woman traveller. It has a bit of a Kellermans vibe with merengue classes and bingo…a 5-star Kellermans in the Caribbean is hard to beat!

We had stayed here before when it was Dreams Punta Cana and must recognize that the resort and its service has a Big difference from before. The upgrade in service is Notorious. The level of attention to detail and the warm and friendly service received was top. Starting with the Arrival to the gate. The security guard was Nice and polite. The bell captain welcomed US friend and very professional. The security manager Luis Castillo was also welcoming. Derluis the chef concierge assisted us by guiding to the VIP lounge. The Best of the Best was Ariady the supervisor who took great care of US in the lounge. Claudio our bartender looked after US all Day long around the pool and ensured our drinks we're always refilled. Our room 9201 was very conveniently located as requested, far from the ocean, but closet to the lobby and restaurants. Thanks to the GM Mr. Hilario for arranging our stay and to Isabel Ruedas and the rest of the team for making our stay amazing.

The place is amazing, the staff is AWESOME. Sewander and Patricio at the CocoBar are legends! The room was really nice, king bed, beautiful shower, beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Food was amazing, many restaurants, quick fast-food and many bars. Overall, great experience will go back!

The hotel is ok, relatively clean. Sometimes they forget to clean your room or bring you fresh towels. Tipping helps here to get some service. The food is ok, but after a week staying it stays the same… We had no luck of having see weed during our stay and could not enjoy the beach… The musicians were talented and played great music in the evening. Francisco the mixologist is very good and we enjoyed his margaritas!

This is the first time I traveled. Punta Cana, why not. This resort is beautiful! When we first arrived the overall impression was inviting and grand. All the plants and birds, the pool and still river, we were so excited to relax. The only detail was the room was not extremely clean as expected. When I was going to bathe, the shower head basically broke, but they were quickly to fix the issue. Shout out to Vianca, Lenny, Roberto from Ventanas Restaurant, even when there was a rush, they really tried to make the best of it to resolve. I understand how certain restaurants and access is given only to VIP guest. Raul and Wilbin, activities cannot be so great and entertaining without you! I laughed and felt very welcome. Overall the staff is very nice. Spend time at the beach and most of the time at the pool, it's perfect for a short trip. Hopefully will return in the near furture!
