Dear all, I think it's important to know that this hotel manages to be top-tier mainly thanks to the people here! 🤗 The accommodation is excellent... large, clean rooms and top-notch security. In my opinion, it's definitely a 5-star hotel. While there is always room for improvement, I won't go into details here. 😎😬 ​I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Santo in particular. He is a true professional, always available, and the kind of person who gets everything done—no matter how demanding you might be as a tourist! He is simply wonderful! ​Beyond that, I cannot leave out Luna, a highly skilled manager ready to handle any request and solve any existing problem! I also want to mention the entertainment team, the bartenders, and even the security staff. My utmost respect to you all! 🫡🙏 ​About the hotel, I can tell you this: it's worth choosing for a truly relaxing vacation! I highly recommend the Premium package. 😎😉 ​Thank you to everyone! This was our first go at an all-inclusive (it's not normally how we travel). Impressive was okay, but didn't really convince us that all-inclusives were the way to go. The grounds are beautiful, and the beach, while very busy, was well maintained and beautiful while we were there. Most staff were lovely, even with language barriers. The food at the buffet was okay, but not spectacular. Same could be said with the Japanese and Mexican restaurants we tried - they were okay, but nothing spectacular (it's an all-inclusive, I'm assuming there's a quantity >> quality thing here). Great coffee. The housekeeping staff for the most part kept our supplies stocked (save for some missing towels one day). That said, I echo many in that the rooms have a pretty funky smell to them, ours smelled like wet, used towels even the first time we walked in. Design of the shower meant that there was a lot of water getting on the bathroom floor. Beachwise, be aware there are loads of people trying to sell you stuff or tours on the beach, but they thankfully left after a firm 'no, gracias'. Speaking of the language barriers earlier, when we got checked in, we were directed to the bellhop stand for help getting to our room. The bellhop asked if we spoke Spanish (unfortunately other than a few standard phrases, no we don't), and so he apologized and said he couldn't help us find our room and pointed in the general direction of the grounds for us to find it ourselves. We even had the room number printed on a card for him! Being dead tired, I didn't even think of using Google Translate, but even then, that was a super poor first impression of the resort. Thankfully the rest of the time was alright.

While this may be an older resort the service by people like David in the main buffet breakfast dinning room, and Tina our Housekeeper in room 11115 was outstanding and impressive in there attention to details and personal service. Also a mention to Marta in the salon spa for her kindness and professionalism. We celebrated a Birthday as well while here at the resort and once the staff became aware our room was decorated with Baloons and Rose Petals to make the occasion that much more special, All complimentary... These fine people of the DominicanRepublic work very hard and are a proud people of what they have its important we remain as humble and grateful as our Host while staying with them

Our stay at the Impressive Premium Resort & Spa was truly memorable and made our honeymoon extra special! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and eager to help — even those who spoke less English went out of their way to assist us with directions and anything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful beach-facing room. The variety of food options and daily activities was excellent, and the shows each night were definitely worth both the time and money. The drinks at the Premium Beach were fantastic, and the bartenders were amazing with a bit of swagger to their service which added personality. Special recognition to the kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams — you can tell they take real pride in their work. A very special thank-you to our butler, Jose Tema, who checked in with us daily to ensure we were enjoying our honeymoon and continuously offered ways to make it even better. Jose and the team went above and beyond by decorating our room and turning it into a truly special occasion. That kind of world-class service is something we’ll never forget. We’d also like to mention Luis Vega, our destination service representative, who clearly explained the transportation process to ensure we didn't miss our flight and gave us great advice to make the most of our trip. While the resort was undergoing some construction during our stay, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. It’s an amazing place to visit, and we loved all the different restaurant options that they had, enough for us to try a different style of restaurant each night. I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone — especially if you’re lucky enough to have Jose as your butler!. An amazingly friendly guy who was very humble to his core.

Impressive is not a bad resort , what made it so horrible for me it was my encounter with upfront customer service. I would hoped they do at some point improves on that dept . What made it special the rest of the trip ,to us it was the people that work within for impressive that we met along the way . First Rainer ( maletero) from picking us up to bring us to our room made the bad experience from front desk so much better for us . A few amazing staff members from the Buffet, Esperanza, Martha, the juice bar lady and some of the cook line folks -Thank You for treating us like family ! Great entertaining group ! Thx for spaghetti for taking the time to get to know you better . Keep up that spirit . Beautiful Beach view , and it was clean the whole time we were there !
