This resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery, and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that makes it the perfect getaway for families, couples, and friends. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The service was exceptional from the entrance to the front desk. Although we arrived earlier than the standard check-in time due to an early flight, the team graciously accommodated us with an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. After check-in, we were conveniently transported to our room by golf cart, adding to the overall comfort and hospitality. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any questions or requests. Their positive attitude truly made a difference in our experience. The resort offers a wide variety of activities for both children and adults throughout the day, ensuring that everyone has something enjoyable to do. The buffet features an impressive selection of delicious food, and the three reservation-based specialty restaurants provide excellent dining options for guests seeking additional variety. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, excellent dining, and family-friendly activities made this a memorable vacation. We look forward to returning in the future and would highly recommend this resort to family, friends, and anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing destination.

beautiful beach. incredibly friendly and helpful staff. our room was cleaned daily. this resort was an absolutely amazing experience. there is amstar staff in the lobby all day every day to help you book different adventures in the country. they transport you from the resort and back. so many cool experiences and they made it feel very safe for my wife and i. i will be saving up to come here again.

He went above and beyond to assist our family and even helped us secure a reservation at one of the restaurants at a very convenient time for us, which we truly appreciated. Our vacation started well with Joselito Santana and Hanel at reception (both helpful and smiling) to introduce that beautiful colonial style Bahia Principe. I admit Bouganville (adult only) is best looking from outside but the atmosphere felt greater to us in Grand/Explore side and Yefrey from animaccion is the main reason of it. He's funny talks to us in french and make every game better. We won bottles of wine/rhum and packs of coffee (generous gifts). Luis is THE GUY for aquagym providing energy and good vibe. Mark my word: Best buffet I've been in past years! Even the cakes are tasty. The chef cocina maravillosamente combined to super efficient waiters. There's somebody to fill your cup without delay. Nathanael at Italian restaurant is a good example providing quick and friendly service. I really appreciated those who make the effort of talking french with us or doing funny things like danse move or fist bump while remaining professional at the same time. Thanks also to our maid Maribel. We often left the room late and she always find the way to clean it + adding water/beers in the fridge. Despite jellyfish at the playa all these people allowed us to have a wonderful week and strengthen our romantic connection.

What an awesome vacation at the Bahia Principe. While we had issues with the power the first night, they quickly came to resolve the issue. The food was really good and the staff were always attentive to our needs. The best part was the entertainment team. They were so engaging and entertaining. Pinkie Pinkie and White Monkeu were absolutely amazing and so fun! We will definitely come back to another Bahia Principe resort!
