Can’t recommend the resort enough. Rooms are clean and tidy each day with freshly stocked mini bar with water, juice and beer free to take daily. The entertainment (especially by the pool) is very good and fun and the staff are very good at making people feel included in these, the staff are very friendly and the service is quick and good. Especially Emmanuel (cappuccino) and Roberto who looked after us the whole time and made sure we were enjoying our stay. The service at all the bars, especially the pool bar, was outstanding. Leonela was fantastic and always made sure we had a drink in hand. Also a shout out to Alexander (in the sports bar) who was so friendly and looked after us well in the evenings with his incredible service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We're very sad to be leaving after such an amazing two weeks and would happily return!

Our butler Luisander was outstanding being sure our stay was a great success. I will request him again for my next visit. At the pool area Jhon, Jonathan, Justina and Berwin made our stay special with above and beyond service a fun team. And at night Kirsy from the Sport bar, she is the best! Good time at the Japanese restaurant, but not a great experience at the other restaurant. Wander and Miguel were very kind and professional at privilege restaurant. Do not expect great entertainment… like ocean blue hotel when Pokémon y mini cooper had their show. Its bingo and karaoke every other night, that was it. But the place is safe and clean. Pest control must work harder at the karaoke and Bingo area, cockroaches at night and the lack of seating was noticeable in this area. And can anyone figure it out how to get the presidente beer cold as is supposed to?

From the very first drink, Carlos had us laughing with his quick wit, hilarious jokes, and larger-than-life personality. He's not just a bartender, he's the entertainment! Watching him mix drinks is like watching a live show. The talent, flair, and energy he brings behind the bar make every visit memorable. What really stands out is how he makes every guest feel welcome. No matter how busy he is, he always takes the time to joke around, chat, and make sure everyone is having a great time. The drinks were amazing, but the experience he created was even better. We're so grateful for all the laughs, great conversations, and unforgettable memories. Carlos helped make our trip extra special, and saying goodbye is honestly one of the hardest parts of leaving. Thank you, Carlos, for the incredible drinks, the endless smiles, and all the fun. My husband and I stayed at El Beso (adults only) part of the resort! We had an amazing time there! The crowd at the pool was so much fun! Emmanuel- Cappuccino and Heriberto / sexi chocolates at the pool was amazing! He made our trip so much fun with the games and volleyball! We loved it!! Will recommend to our friends!!

Leonela, Crisel, Ricardo, Ruddy, Gilbert, and Domingo Andrés Roberto were the true heroes of our vacation and the absolute heart of this resort. Their dedication, hard work, and nonstop positive energy went far beyond anything we expected. They took incredible care of my family and me every single day, always one step ahead, making sure we were happy, relaxed, and never without a drink or a smile. Their warmth, humor, and genuine kindness made us feel like VIPs, and they turned a great resort into an unforgettable experience. We honestly would come back to this resort just to see them again.
