Everything about this place was awesome. The customer service was great! There was so much to explore. You and your family’s can go around the resort and look for stuff to do. There is water parks, a theater, and so much more! The food is great and everything is amazing. You should definitely visit this place, trust me it’s worth going here. 🌺🌴🏝️

We did not know much about Grand Serenis when we booked; however, it was a pleasant surprise. Good waterpark for the kids of all ages, great beach, nice grounds, large pool. Completely separate pools spread out would have been nice, but the single large pool was broken up into sections so you could sit at a busier/active area or choose to go somewhere more quiet. While nothing we ate was truly exceptional, the food was adequate for a family of foodies. Buffets were best soon after opening as much of the food would tend to be not hot. What was really nice was that there were lots of daytime food options. Sit down buffet, but better yet was the walk up beach barbecue and the buffet, which was great for the kids to grab food whenever they wanted without having to dry off and get dressed. The rooms were a bit dated and small, but given that we spent a little time there it was fine. Entertainment options were good and had both indoor and outdoor event events. The water was great, clear and lots of fish. Maybe resorts along the beach don’t was nice to walk along in either direction. All staff that we encountered were welcoming, attentive and nice. Black Diamond, Omega and the rest of the ULC pool entertainment crew keep us very well engaged and entertained! They are fun, kind and very accommodating of all three languages (French, English and Spanish) of the guests around the pool. The circus show with elastic man and crew was awesome, foam party was great too! Lots to see and do around the resort Food at the ULC restaurant is great, a la cartes have been good, non-alcoholic drinks are plentiful, can't speak for alcohol as I don't drink, but my husband seems happy with them. Dolores, our coffee guy, is the best of the best! It's not hard to find a shady spot at ULC pool or beach area even if you show up later in the day. Kids have had a ball floating, making sandcastles, snorkeling to see fish, etc. Most people in this part of the resort are from Europe, Canada, Puerto Rico, etc, it's been lovely. Our family suite is a bit worn/dated and damp (I think this is typical in this climate, swimsuits don't even dry in 12 hours when hung outside in the sun), but the air conditioning works very well and we hardly spend any time in our room anyway! As a low maintenance, Canadian family of five, it is more than adequate for us. Our housekeeper, Amelia, has been fantastic, anticipating some of our extra needs without us having to ask (extra water, soft drinks and towels are even replenished after we all shower to go to our evening a la carte reservations.) A few tips (1-5 USD) here and there go a very long way here! You will get great service if you are appreciative, kind, and patient. Cheers to 4 more days of wonderful, relaxing vacation!

We travelled this past week as a family of four with two grandparents. We had an incredible time! Felicidad was an incredible addition to our trip. She had our kids involved with a variety of games and activities and was an absolute addition to our vacation. She definitely made it memorable, and my two boys were more involved this year than any other year we’ve travelled. Ana in the buffet restaurant welcomed us every morning with a smile and had the best service. Overall we had an incredible time. The activities, and atmosphere made it a memorable vacation for our family!

Our stay at Grand Sirens Resort was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of great food options and relaxing spaces to enjoy. But what truly made this trip special was the entertainment crew. The entertainment team went above and beyond every single day. Their energy, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for what they do created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. From daytime activities by the pool to evening shows, they made sure everyone felt included, engaged, and entertained. They weren’t just doing a job — they were creating unforgettable moments and real connections with guests. The shows were well-organized, creative, and full of talent, and the daily activities were the perfect balance of fun and laughter. You could really feel how much effort and heart the entertainment crew puts into making guests happy, and it made a huge difference in our overall experience. Thanks to them, Grand Sirens felt lively, joyful, and full of great memories. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort — especially for anyone who loves a fun, energetic vibe and top-tier entertainment.
