⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely the best place to stay — don’t even think about staying anywhere else! The food is 🔥 amazing, the atmosphere is 💫 incredible, and the employees are truly top-notch throughout the entire hotel. From the moment you’re greeted by valet 🚗 to every service along the way, the experience is flawless. Andrea deserves a special shout-out 🌟 — she was absolutely phenomenal and truly went above and beyond. Promotion-worthy service! The pool girls ☀️, towel attendants 🏖️, housekeeping 🧼 — everyone contributes to an overall five-star experience. The attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism make this place exceptional. 👏👏👏 Highly recommend — perfection from start to finish!

Consistently misses the mark, especially for an ultra luxury hotel at $800 a night. Don't expect the four seasons. I had a family stay for 4 nights, we had a few families, and paid $12k. I had to wait, a long time, 100% of the time for the front desk check-in, then getting room keys, asking a question, etc. I could see people waiting during my whole stay. When I checked in, there were two receptionists and a concierge. Only one of them was actively checking anyone in; the others told us to wait. The food was costly but not great; kids' meals were $14 for a hot dog, a pretty underwhelming power bowl with chicken was $35, drinks were $20, etc. The real issue was that it took forever. Even getting a menu at the restaurant by the pool took ages. Just order Uber Eats, and you'll get better food, quicker and cheaper, even after all the fees. Overall, this place operated more like a $200/night hotel than an $800/night hotel. It was beautiful, but your splurge pick should be somewhere else. I heard other guests make similar comments.

Great choice to explore Disney parks without the madness of a Disney resort. Top quality rooms and decor. But for one shockingly POOR experience at the lobby restaurant, we had an amazing stay. Raphael at the front desk and Paula at the restaurant were wonderful. So were the valet staff. Everyone was kind and service oriented but for one terrible experience during dinner one of the evenings, that I made the front desk manager aware about. I was told that the F&B manager would follow up and get in touch with me but nothing happened. Ignoring that episode, this was a six star experience.

Beautiful property, great staff, savory breakfast, and quiet rooms. Stayed here early Nov and was greeted by friendly staff at Valet as well as front desk. Tons of onsite food options as well as room service. Great views of the Disney resort (see attached). The room service is top notch and they check on you in the evenings. They have two pools, one of them is heated, a jacuzzi, poolside restaurant, and a few fireside stations. You also have access to pool, slide, and lazy river on adjacent Hilton Signia property (5-7 mins walk). We had a great time in the pool in the evening/night and the next day. We mostly had the pool to ourselves as it may been a bit too cold for Floridians. Wife had a remote doctor’s appointment and they gave us a late check out (shout out to the hotel management). Both the valet and the bell service is timely as well. Overall, an unforgettable experience!

This was hands-down one of the most embarrassing stays I’ve ever had at a so-called luxury hotel. The Waldorf Astoria Orlando should be ashamed to put its name on this property. We had a preferred check-in time of 12:00 PM through American Express, yet somehow we were not allowed to check in until 3:15 PM—and that only happened because we were forced to downgrade our room just to get access before the standard 4:00 PM check-in. As if it could not get worse, we were actually supposed to receive an automatic upgrade, not a downgrade. The room was about 2 miles from the elevator with a view —- a view of the front wall of the hotel (see picture). Apparently, loyalty and premium booking benefits mean absolutely nothing here. The front desk staff were completely worthless and helpless. No solutions, no accountability, no urgency—just blank stares and excuses. For a Waldorf, the level of incompetence was genuinely shocking. Then came the valet disaster. The valet who took our luggage lost multiple small bags and casually explained that he “needed the cart for other things.” Other things? Apparently, guest belongings don’t qualify as a priority. The lack of care, professionalism, or basic responsibility was unbelievable. And let’s talk about the pricing. $450 for lunch—which consisted of glorified French fries and tuna tacos. That’s not luxury dining; that’s daylight robbery with a side of arrogance. This hotel markets itself as elite, refined, and world-class. In reality, it delivers disorganization, indifference, and overpricing at every turn. It’s honestly baffling that a hotel carrying the Waldorf name would treat guests this poorly. Save your money. Save your sanity. Stay literally ANYWHERE else. I’d rather be at the Pop Century Resort.
