We stayed in a Deluxe Suite with a Disney view, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Room service was also good, and the shuttle service to the Disney parks was a convenient added benefit. We booked through Amex Platinum benefits, which included early check-in if available and guaranteed late checkout. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and our room was only ready at the very last minute, which was a little disappointing, though we understand this can happen. Late checkout, however, worked perfectly without any issues. As expected for a five-star hotel, food and drinks are on the pricier side. The staff were friendly overall, although the level of service felt a bit inconsistent at times. For example, one staff member at the champagne service made the experience feel slightly awkward when I went for a second glass, while the person who delivered our room service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend the Waldorf Astoria Orlando, especially for the comfortable rooms, Disney views, and convenient park shuttle.

We recently stayed here and were blown away by the level of service, comfort, and top-tier amenities. From the moment you arrive, greeted at the entrance with cold towels and complimentary fresh water, the red-carpet treatment begins. Whether you are looking to relax, hit the greens, or explore the area, this property delivers on every front. Their chat assistance via Hilton App was 10/10. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed. The beds offer pure comfort with high-end linens, ensuring a fantastic night’s sleep. We particularly loved the views, deep soaking tub, and prompt housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless throughout our stay. The pool complex is top-of-the-line! In addition to the property’s serene on-site pools, having full access to the adjacent Hilton Insignia’s lazy river pool was an absolute highlight. Floating down the lazy river with poolside service made for the ultimate relaxing afternoon. If you play golf, this property is absolute heaven. The pro shop staff was super welcoming, and booking tee times and renting high-end clubs was completely seamless. There’s also plenty of room for practice sessions and just hitting the ball. This is the first time I ever played golf, I was scared and felt hesitation but the staff made me feel comfortable. The culinary options on-property exceeded our expectations. From a relaxed breakfast with fresh, made-to-order options to high-end fine dining for dinner, every meal was top quality. The mushroom pasta was outstanding and craft cocktails made dining on-site a true highlight. The complimentary shuttle service was a total game-changer for getting around hassle-free. While there is a resort fee of $50/night and self-parking is $40 per night, the convenience, immaculate grounds, seamless transport, and access to incredible amenities like the lazy river and Disney make it feel well worth the cost. The location strikes the perfect balance between high-end seclusion and easy access to local hotspots. Having world-class attractions, shopping, and regional points of interest just minutes away via the shuttle made planning daily outings effortless. **You will get early access to Theme Park. Earliest shuttle to Epcot is 7:35am, right outside the entrance.

My husband had a milestone birthday this year, and we stayed at the Waldorf for his birthday weekend. It was the first time we have ever stayed in one, but we are Hilton Honors members and made good use of our points to book a special stay. This was such a wonderful experience for us. Every single person we interacted with at the hotel from the moment we stepped out of our car was warm, welcoming and helpful. The level of service was spectacular. From Andrea at the front desk who checked us in and upgraded us to a room with a wonderful view, to Steve, the bellhop who brought all of our bags to our room and seeing we were seniors offered us a golf cart ride to Signia if we wanted, to Tyler, our server at Peacock Alley and aspiring actor we are waiting to see on our TV's - they all made us feel valued and special. Every meal we ate from the sprawling breakfast buffet to the meals in Peacock alley to the boxed salads we got in the Park Avenue Cafe were all fresh and delicious. Our room was spacious, outfitted with a split mini bar and fridge, a safe, a Nespresso machine, a chair, both a walk in shower and a nice deep tub, to the coziest beds and linens - it was s relaxing and comfortable. We were there during a massive heat wave, so to leave the 108 degrees of the parks and to come back to that cool, comfortable room was a delight. We loved the bus service to the parks - we parked our car for the weekend and forget about it and got door to door service to all the parks.What a wonderful perk! We are already planning to come back in December - we are now forever smitten with this hotel!

Naty was very helpful in the front desk. I had a complicated booking and she handled it easily while making us feel welcome. The breakfast was solid and all the staff were great. We even caught a spectacular fireworks show from the room. I would recommend for families.
