Wilderness lodge is considered a deluxe resort and it is beautiful and close to magic kingdom. The lobby is gorgeous and we were met with characters on our first day! The gift shop is good, the pool area is really cool and you swim with ducks! The slide is a bit underwhelming. I would say whispering canyon was fun and worth it. We went for breakfast. Geyser point bar and grill was great food and pretty atmosphere. The lowest points of our stay was our room location, I called a month ahead to ask for a specific room type and I feel like it was completely ignored. We were put in a basement style room with zero view so that was disappointing considering this hotel is over 400 a night with a thirty percent discount. Fireworks are kinda hard to see from the resort because of all the trees unless you see them from parking lot or by geyser point restaurant. The worst part of the whole resort is by far their quick service restaurant roaring fork! I’d expect much better from a deluxe resort. It is terrible and stay away if you can!!! We ate dinner there early into our trip. My husband got the simple sandwich and ended up with food poisoning!!!!! I got the chicken dinner which was rubbery and inedible! My little nephew got chicken fingers and fries that he’s loved everywhere else and said they were terrible! Avoid this place! Overall it’s a beautiful relaxing resort. The boat and bus service is good. If your doing early entry busses are faster. Be there by 715. The deluxe evening hours are really nice being a deluxe guest But don’t expect low crowds, it’s still pretty crowded. We will definitely be staying deluxe again in the future but Disney wilderness lodge is a one and done for us!

A long awaited vacation. This was the perfect escape. A big log cabin secluded in the woods with walkways and sitting areas throughout the property. Ate at Geyser Point bar and grill down by the water where the Bison Burger and Salad with Grilled Chicken and Applecider vinegarett dressing were delicious. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the cast members were friendly and informative. As busy as it was here, it was also very quiet, which was nice after a noisy day at the parks. And the location was good too. No more than a 10 to 20 minute bus ride to the parks. We will Definitely be coming back.

The Wilderness Lodge is a wonderful, immersive resort while still being in the Disney bubble. Its grounds are scenic and the lodge has a cozy feel to it. Transportation was great, never waited more than 5mins for a bus. Beds and room was very comfortable, and loved the balcony! 100% will stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality here is incredible, the staff even help me securely store my bicycle. The resort has an amazing, quiet family environment with great pools and a nice small gym. Our room was comfortable, but the peaceful, scenic view was the real highlight. Perfect combination of Disney magic and warm hospitality. Highly recommended

This is our family second visit to Disney. Both times we stayed club level at the Wilderness Lodge. The staff are extremely friendly & they couldn't do enough for us. There was 14 of us & the club level is awesome breakfast, snacks, hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer, coffee basically anything you want all day long. They pay close attention to allergies as well. Definitely worth it! You won't regret staying there!👍
