Our family really enjoyed staying at the Polynesian for our annual Disney trip. The rooms were very accommodating to families with a queen, a kids trundle bed AND a Murphy bed that was very comfy. There were also 2 bathrooms that made getting ready easy for everyone. The rooms were also clean and the balconies were a great space to hang out. We enjoyed all the dining options — Captain Cooks grab and go had healthy options, and Kona and Ohana were special dining experiences. I have to give a huge shoutout to the manager Keith and an employee in the Island Tower who went so over and beyond to help our family on the last night of our trip when we didn’t have dining reservations and we were having a hard time finding dining options. Their kindness and excellent customer service were a highlight of our trip. Our kids loved the splash pad at the pool and the adults loved the grab and go cocktails at the bar nearby (those bar tenders were also amazing and deserve a shoutout!). The kids also enjoyed the sandy beach volleyball area. The monorail and Minnie Lyft SUVs made getting to the parks a breeze! Overall, the Polynesian was amazing and we’d recommend it to any family. Just make your dining reservations in advance!

Went for a special birthday, and quickly booked another stay because it was that fantastic. Yes, it’s expensive. But it’s so beautiful, the rooms and perfect, the amenities are spectacular, and the service is beyond compare. The location is great for people who love the Magic Kingdom. The best part though? It’s the heavenly scent the put in the main Great Ceremonial House. It is pure magic and makes me feel like I am actually in some far off Polynesian paradise. The only down side I saw were getting to Epcot either requires an odd monorail ride in a loop to get back to the TTC or a walk to the TTC. Depending on where your room is, that might be a bit of a hike. But it’s not really that big of a deal.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is absolutely beautiful! 🌺✨ The tropical theming, lush grounds, and lagoon views make it feel like a peaceful island escape just steps from Magic Kingdom. The ʻOhana breakfast is a highlight — delicious food, amazing POG juice, and fun character interactions with Stitch and friends. 🧇🍍 The gift shops are excellent too, with unique resort merchandise and Disney favorites. Proximity to Magic Kingdom is unbeatable — just a short monorail or boat ride away, and super easy to navigate with a scooter. ♿ Truly a magical and relaxing resort with classic Disney charm. 🌴🏰✨

The girls' trip to Disney World was topped off with a phenomenal brunch at 'Ohana inside the Polynesian Resort! What a stunning spot—the lobby is exquisite with beautiful statues and a gorgeous island vibe. The restaurant itself matched that energy, and the food was incredible. Served family-style on a cast iron skillet, the portions were huge and everything was delicious. I'm officially adding this to the "must-do" list and can't wait to bring the whole family next time!

11/14/2025 Polynesian resort by Disney orlando The security guy name : Timothy At the time of the security check, I was only going to pick up my wife and child who were inside the resort — it was going to take just one minute. The guard tells me that I can’t enter because they are over capacity and sends me somewhere else, giving me incorrect information and making me lose 30 minutes for what should have been a 1-minute pickup. I don’t know if the guy was making fun of me or what! Because he told me, ‘We’re at full capacity, there’s no space in the parking lot,’ but I drove around outside and the parking lot had several empty spaces!” Thank you for having people with zero empathy who seem more like automated robots Thanks TIMOTHY YOU DO A “GREAT JOB “.
