We celebrated One in A lifetime Achievements for my husband which was highly honored by his Company. We stayed for 4 beautiful days at this wonderful resort. The first 2 days ,we spent it with our family. We had a cabana by the pool. Loooved the lazy river and wave pool The staff was amazing, courteous and friendly. The food was very good, fresh and delicious. On last day we went to Disney with our family all included by my husband company We had an amazing time Unforgetable!!

I did a staycation here with my sister-in-law to attend an event happening at the hotel and to be close(ish) to Disney Springs for a concert. Do not waste your money here. Upon looking at my bill before check out I realized I was charged $48 per day for a ‘resort fee’ and $38 per day for parking! These are sneaky charges that they tack on at checkout so you have to pay them. When you book online these prices are not included so they can swindle you into giving away your money. It’s not posted clearly anywhere that parking is $38 a day, and that is also extremely ridiculous. They are robbing you blind, you pay to stay at their hotel anyway, where else would you put your car? Anything to squeeze a cent out of you. Then there’s the heinous resort fee. I don’t care if it’s “standard for most hotels” (words of an employee at checkout) it is insane. When I finally got them to list the amenities included in the fee half of them (restaurants, spa, etc) are stuff you pay for anyways. Exorbitant prices, might I add. The adult pool was like bath water, the lazy river was disgustingly dirty and had trash all along it, the wave pool was scorching hot (that seriously can not be sanitary.) An employee at the pool bar was blatantly rude to both me and my sister-in-law. Not even slightly rude, extremely disrespectful. He tried to make us feel stupid for some reason. The mixed drinks are basically just juice for nearly $20. The little cafe and coffee are disgusting. Getting charged $48 per day for these so called amenities is a slap to the face, especially when they charge you on check in day when you don’t get to check in until 4pm. Should the price not at least be half that if you’re only able to utilize half a days worth of these things? It’s also a pretty ugly hotel. The only good thing I can say is that the rooms were clean, which is a credit to the wonderful housekeepers, not the hotel itself. And don’t even think about trying to stream any app on the tv, it won’t work and will drive you crazy. And make sure to upgrade for a fee if you want faster wifi! That way maybe both people in the room can connect to it. Joke of a hotel masquerading as a luxury resort. Go somewhere else.

We came to the Omni for a conference. The hotel and front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. Our room was even ready before check in time, which was great! This resort has endless options for food and activities either for couples or for families. We had the opportunity to eat at the “Zen” restaurant during our visit. The food and service was outstanding and provided by our server, Ching. On our last night, we hung out at Eagles Edge. We had so much fun playing golf and had the best service provided by our server, Jesus. Only downfall to our stay was that our room was very unkept. My husband and I started feeling bad the first night and later realized how much dust was layered throughout our room. The air coming out of the AC even had a very musty odor. If we had stayed longer, we would have requested another room. Overall, we had a great time, but the cleanliness of the room could be much improved.

The Omni is a fantastic resort hotel that feels like a blend between a luxury resort and a convention destination. The property is beautifully maintained, extremely clean, and has a polished, upscale atmosphere throughout. One of the standout features is how quiet and well-insulated the rooms are — it’s easy to relax and unwind here. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful during our stay, and the overall experience felt very well run. The pool area can get a little lively depending on the time of year or crowd, but the lazy river is absolutely worth it and a great way to spend an afternoon. Location-wise, this property is a bit more removed from the main Orlando tourist areas, which can honestly be a positive if you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing getaway. That said, if your main goal is commuting to Disney or Universal every single day, there are definitely closer hotel options. Expect around a 20-minute drive to Disney and longer for Universal. For a long weekend, romantic getaway, family trip, or special event, this is an easy recommendation. I would absolutely stay here again at the right price.

Check in was good- valet service was good- we did have to wheel two full carts ourselves up to our rooms both check in and check out- that was a workout but no worries there! Mold in the bathroom made the room smell horrible! Showed up 30 mins before David’s Club closed to get food since we were at a competition that took all day there on site… they had open tables but would not let us in! Omni is a beautiful hotel but needs to tighten up on cleaning and customer service!
