Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate

This was our first stay at the Omni ChampionsGate, and it definitely won’t be our last. Check-in was seamless, and our room was ready early, so we didn’t have to wait in the lobby. Our front desk agent, Diamond, was friendly and professional—she checked us in quickly and got us settled into a very clean and comfortable room. We headed to the pool just as the rain started, so we settled in at the Tiki Social bar instead. Tuan was genuinely friendly and made us feel like regulars right away. The food was just okay that afternoon, but later that evening we ordered room service—a pizza and a smash burger—and both were excellent. The next day, after checkout, we were still able to enjoy the pool. The lazy river was especially nice and relaxing. When the rain returned and chased us out again, we headed back to Tiki Social, where Tuan once more made us feel very welcome. This time the food was much better—we especially enjoyed the tofu wrap and coconut shrimp. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel and fully plan to return. The only real downside was the $38 daily parking fee, though it seems most hotels charge something similar these days.

We had the best stay here with amazing service. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Datriana at the lobby is an absolute gem! Christina, our waitress at David’s club, Tuan, our bartender at the pool bar, Andrea my massage therapist, all the lovely ladies at the spa and everyone everywhere was an absolute pleasure! We had a great time and were very pleasantly surprised that we enjoyed every meal. The breakfast was fanstastic daily. This place was perfect for our little getaway.

Wonderful hotel with great service! The traffic in the area is a little rough but the resort overall was wonderful! All the restaurants on property were very good and the adult pool is an amazing place to relax! The golf courses were also very nice! I had a chance to get a lesson from one of the academies there, John Hughes Golf, and my instructor, Michael was awesome. Really lived up to the whole expectation of the resort! If you are a golfer and want to relax, this is the place to be!

We stayed at Omni Championsgate for a couple days prior to a cruise. There was SO much to do for everyone. We were at the pool every day, the kids played at the arcade and did mini golf. We rented a cabana at the family pool for one of the days and the service was exceptional. Our rooms were clean, housekeeping was there each day to tidy up, and we ordered room service for every meal, which did not disappoint. Even when we checked out, the front desk was so kind, congratulating my husband and I on our milestone wedding anniversary. We were honestly sad to leave because of how much fun everyone was having—next time we’ll stay longer!

WOW! Where do I begin?! Our first stay at the Omni ChampionsGate and the service is unmatched. From a child with an allergy, to not having to lift a finger with service, this hotel defines customer service. Every step we have taken in this hotel - we have been asked how we can be helped, thought of, and each staff member has exceeded our expectations. There is a joy, kindness and “going the extra mile” for all guests. A very special shout out to Lisa Scudiero with Quality Assurance - you define the customer service experience. We hope to make this our “hotel of choice” for future visits. The catering to both golfers and families is beyond thought out. Well done, team. Excellently kept hotel and CLEAN! We cannot wait for future stays here again soon!
