The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is an incredible hotel in a fantastic location just off of Disney property, no more than 15 minutes away from any of the parks, making it the ideal choice for travelers on a park-hopping adventure. The staff are incredible, welcoming, and pay close attention to detail, offering the highest level of hospitality from the moment you arrive. ​Our room on the 11th floor was immaculate with a brilliant fireworks view, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect place to rest after a long day out. The pool area is one of the best we have experienced, and the hotel features a wide range of outdoor activities and perks as part of its resort offering. ​We paid for the breakfast buffet during our stay and found it to be world-class, featuring a wide range of food every morning, including a separate omelette station, a pancake station, an abundance of fresh fruit, and a hot food offering that has everything you need. The waiting staff cannot do enough for you and are incredibly kind and thoughtful. I would highly recommend travelers to Orlando choose this hotel for their stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress! The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds, a huge lagoon-style pool, and plenty of activities for both adults and kids. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is perfect—just minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions, while still feeling like a peaceful tropical getaway. This is one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at in Florida, and I would definitely come back. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando!

We absolutely love this hotel! The property is beautiful, but what truly made our stay special was Dasilia at LakeHouse. She made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Very nice hotel with something to do there for the entire family. Great food although was a little pricey. Rooms are a bit smaller than preffered and the air conditioner could have worked a little bit better but it was not extremely too hot. Overall l would give them a high 80 percent in ratings.

Just got back for a short resort vacation with the plans of just being disconnected from work. The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort did exactly that. The grounds are great, the lake was enjoyable and had fun on the pedal bicycle boats. The pool is fantastic and never felt crowded. Really enjoyed the wildlife all around as well. Great that it’s so easy to get to and a VERY short uber to Disney Springs. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The lobby is great and Merlot is such a unique touch. Our room was switched from pool view to lake view - despite being a “downgrade”, we still enjoyed it! The room had views of Magic Kingdoms nightly fireworks. Overall this is a great addition to our rotation of Orlando hotels. Really liked it here and will continue to book.
