My parents, my boyfriend, and I stayed for 3 nights over July 4th weekend. We booked through Costco Travel and got a phenomenal deal for airfare, private airport transfer, and hotel. We got to the resort around 8:30 PM on a Thursday night and they gave us a tour & went ahead and booked us adjacent rooms without us even asking and even upgraded us to Suite rooms, which were MASSIVE. A huge balcony with a day bed, a full size tub, and 2 rain showers (1 indoor and 1 outdoor)! We even had a welcome gift waiting for us inside our rooms. I’d say that it was about 30% capacity on Friday but on Saturday there were so many people and it was pretty lively. On check out day, they let us have a late check out for both rooms, so literally up until the very last second, we were able to enjoy the resort. Everyone was so friendly! Shout out to Axel who we took a Pilates class with, Maria who was our server at Taman for lunch and Trade Market for breakfast, and José our server at the Wet Pool the whole time. They were so so so friendly and made our trip so memorable. On July 4th, they had a BBQ dinner right on the beach with live performances and fireworks. Landscapers were working hard every day to make sure the landscape stayed immaculate. Food was great. We ate at Satsuma, Taman, and Trade Market. They were passing out pizza at the Wet Pool around lunch time. Servers at the pool are constantly checking in on you asking if you want another drink. The other reviews are correct that you can see some parts of the hotel rooms are sort of cheaply made in terms of material but it didn’t let us ruin our weekend by any means. Our rooms were still extremely nice, and you could tell that there was a lot of thoughtfulness in terms of design from the architect and interior designer. My parents loved it. My boyfriend and I loved it. Great for everyone! We left feeling sooooo spoiled (and a little sun burned). I recommend W Punta Cana to anyone looking for an adults only luxurious all inclusive experience.

The experience at the W Punta Cana All-Inclusive was beyond amazing. Me and my family visited for a week in mid-June, and although the forecast predicted rain every day, we decided to take the chance, and we're so glad we did. It only rained for about an hour on one day, while the rest of the week was sunny and beautiful. Mid-June is considered low season, which turned out to be the perfect time to visit. The resort had plenty of guests, creating a lively atmosphere, but it never felt overcrowded. We never had trouble finding chairs by the pool or getting a table at the restaurants, making the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The service was exceptional, the staff was friendly & happy all the time which made the experience that much better and more fun. There were plenty of activities throughout the day, including water aerobics, yoga, dancing, and painting sessions, as well as entertaining evening shows that kept the atmosphere fun and vibrant. The pool area is stunning, with two large pools, one of which overlooks the beach and offers direct beach access. It's the perfect place to spend the day, whether you want to relax or enjoy the music and energy around you. The dining options were also excellent. We loved the variety, from fresh sushi and a great steakhouse to a noodle bar and delicious Caribbean cuisine. Every meal felt high quality, and there was something for everyone. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations. The beautiful property, outstanding service, great food, and relaxing atmosphere made it one of the best all-inclusive resorts we've stayed at. We will definitely be making this an annual trip. And lastly a special shout out to the entertainment team 🥳🥳 they were greatt 🕺🏽🕺🏽10/10 experience

I had such a fantastic time at the resort. It’s was President’s weekend in the US so there were too many Americans…but it was fine. The staff really make an effort to make sure you have a good time. The scheduled activities I attended were fun and the vibes from the quiet pool to the fun pool were amazing. The food is also really good - I had not been to an all inclusive in over 10 years because I generally didn’t think it was worth it but at this resort definitely worth it (and Adults only!) Can’t wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I just returned from a 5 night stay and had the best time! The service, food, drinks and hotel grounds were amazing. It’s definitely a chiller resort but they have a lot of activities if you want something to do. The pool and beach service were great - the employees are so sweet. The food is more elevated than other all-inclusives. Massages & cabanas are definitely on the pricier side. My boyfriend wished the tap room was open as he’s into beer & sports, but, overall, we had a relaxing getaway!

Amazing experience at the W Punta Cana. The service was incredible. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary at the resort. It was our first time visiting the DR. I would 100% come back. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. We enjoyed our water aerobics with Alexander AKA “Black Coffee”. The speakeasy was also one of our favorite places at the resort. Our bartender Ismael was so kind. Lastly, the noodle bar I would say was the best restaurant. We were not able to try Taman, but we heard it was great. Make sure to download the Marriott Experience app to book reservations for dinner. Our favorite pool was the wet deck. It’s lively and there you can find food. The pool overlooks the ocean and it’s stunning. The chill pool was also great. It is exactly how it sounds. At the chill pool there is a swim up bar and have a very relaxing time. There is also a hot tub in the chill pool area. I cannot say enough good things about our trip.
