We had an amazing stay at the W Punta Cana and will absolutely be back next year. The resort itself is stunning, modern, beautiful, and immaculately maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to Joselo at the Wet Deck, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our experience even better. Service like his is what sets this resort apart. Another huge plus was the drinks. Unlike many all inclusive resorts, the cocktails were made well and definitely were not watered down, which was a pleasant surprise. The only minor downside was dinner. While it was not bad, it was a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the experience. Breakfast and lunch were very good, though the food can become a little repetitive over a longer stay, especially if you are a picky eater. Overall, this was a fantastic vacation. Beautiful property, outstanding service, great drinks, and an atmosphere that is hard to beat. 10/10. Highly recommend and we already plan on returning next year.

The experience at the W Punta Cana All-Inclusive was beyond amazing. Me and my family visited for a week in mid-June, and although the forecast predicted rain every day, we decided to take the chance, and we're so glad we did. It only rained for about an hour on one day, while the rest of the week was sunny and beautiful. Mid-June is considered low season, which turned out to be the perfect time to visit. The resort had plenty of guests, creating a lively atmosphere, but it never felt overcrowded. We never had trouble finding chairs by the pool or getting a table at the restaurants, making the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The service was exceptional, the staff was friendly & happy all the time which made the experience that much better and more fun. There were plenty of activities throughout the day, including water aerobics, yoga, dancing, and painting sessions, as well as entertaining evening shows that kept the atmosphere fun and vibrant. The pool area is stunning, with two large pools, one of which overlooks the beach and offers direct beach access. It's the perfect place to spend the day, whether you want to relax or enjoy the music and energy around you. The dining options were also excellent. We loved the variety, from fresh sushi and a great steakhouse to a noodle bar and delicious Caribbean cuisine. Every meal felt high quality, and there was something for everyone. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations. The beautiful property, outstanding service, great food, and relaxing atmosphere made it one of the best all-inclusive resorts we've stayed at. We will definitely be making this an annual trip. And lastly a special shout out to the entertainment team 🥳🥳 they were greatt 🕺🏽🕺🏽10/10 experience

We had a wonderful stay at the W Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are immaculate, and the overall experience felt truly luxurious. Our room was spacious, gorgeous, and extremely comfortable—we looked forward to coming back to it every day. The food was very good, and both the pool and beach were stunning. A special thank you to Rafael, our pool waiter, who made our days by the pool even better. He was always friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great time. The only disappointment was the mixed drinks, which often tasted watered down, even when we asked for premium liquor. I ended up sticking to bottled beer, and luckily they had Corona and Heineken available. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and would happily return. The exceptional service, beautiful property, and relaxing atmosphere made for a memorable stay.

shout out to W Punta Cana Hotel - it was amazing. I went on a family trip this past weekend and we had a great time. the Rooms are amazing, the hotel is perfectly put together and staff was attentive and kind and helpful. the Food was soooo delicious. This hotel is worth the money and time. The three resturants we ate for dinner were fantastic and delicious along with the all the staff. The speakeasy bar was so much fun and the music was great...we danced all night!!! Special recognitions to the Trade Market buffet chefs-Nicolas, Mario and Fares...food was amazing and willing to go the extra mile for us to enjoy the food. To the buffet hostesses- Marleny and Mario were so welcoming including all the servers. A speical thank you to Marianely and Luz Betania-they both took the time out to prepare my cafe con leche the way i like and always made it with a smile and ready when i walked in for breakfast as well as the girls in the outpost Mercedes and Sandra always so sweet and willing to attend to us. The beach was amazing as well as the bartenders who attending to us the entire weekend - Victor and Fior were great and didnt care about how many times they had to go back and forth to the bar...they did their job well and never complained. As far the entertainment guy - Olvis aka Lebron he was great , funny and making our stay enjoyable. This hotel and staff were all amazing...we will definitely be back!!!

Our stay at the W Punta Cana exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail were outstanding. The resort is beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained, with incredible food and stunning pools. A special shoutout to Aneuris, the bartender, who truly made our trip memorable. Not only did he make some of the best drinks we had all vacation, but his friendly personality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made every visit to the bar a highlight of our day. Another shoutout to Jesus, the chef at the Noodle Bar, for going above and beyond to make sure we had the best dinner experience of the entire trip. The entire staff made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. If you're looking for a luxury resort in Punta Cana with exceptional service and unforgettable experiences, the W Punta Cana is absolutely worth it.
