We had an amazing stay at TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana. Everything about the experience was excellent. Our butler Edward was the absolute best. He was kind, generous, attentive, and made our trip feel effortless and special. The food across the resort was fabulous. We tried Helios by the beach, Kusko which serves Japanese and Peruvian fusion cuisine, La Boheme which offers beautiful French dishes, Capricho for international options, and El Dorado Steak House in the adjoining Palladium area. Every restaurant was delicious and the service was wonderful. The pools were amazing and always very clean. The drinks were great everywhere we went and the bartenders were friendly and fun. The maids kept our room spotless each day. We also had massages at the spa and they were incredible and very reasonably priced. Overall TRS Turquesa exceeded all of our expectations. The staff, the food, the relaxing atmosphere, and especially Edward made this an unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this resort and I would happily return.

Melky was our butler for Room 5038 and she was phenomenal! She helped with restaurant reservations, coordinated special events, and even coordinated a surprise birthday for my wife by decorating our room and gave us a bottle of champagne. Diana was our server at the pool and beach and she was amazing all during our stay. She knew our orders, keeping us happy all day and even set up cabanas for us each day! Eury, our butler, was so so amazing as was much of the staff. Very friendly and attentive. We had a room that backed up to the outskirts of the hotel and was loud at night. The beach view was absolutely beautiful, but difficult to relax due to the number of people trying to sell you excursions and such. They camp out in front of the beach that borders the outskirts of the resort. Additionally, we stayed at an “adults only all inclusive” but the resort shares many spaces with other Palladium areas which does not make TRS fully adults only. The resort is very nice and well maintained. Food was amazing and the restaurants were great! Spa was amazing and definitely worth the money! Bring your bathing suit when you go to enjoy the pool area after your massage!

He checked in regularly to make sure we were happy, helped us with reservations, surprised us with thoughtful touches, and made every day feel effortless. We even went out with him one night and had such an amazing time — it felt like hanging out with a friend. Julio is genuinely one of a kind.
