I have just returned from 2 week vacation. Hotel is beautiful and well maintained, staff are curious all around. I do have a couple of things I would report. Firstly, we didn't understand why we had to purchase water bottles at every meal, free glasses of water was never served. It become very expensive especially for those that their currency is is low. Secondly, the showers should have a rest in order for us to use our own products. We had to set our bottles on the floor; never had this problem in other countries. Lastly, our room was overlooking the theater. Once the show ended at 23h, and it was followed by very loud music until midnight. Why? Very disturbing when you're trying to get some rest. In all it was a great vacation we will definitely return! Thank you 😊

Excellent hotel, probably my favourite I've stayed in here, immaculately clean everywhere, inside and out. All the staff I encountered at the bars, rooms, desks, cleaning etc were all super friendly and nice. They do good fun events through the day like Pool Biking, yoga, aqua aerobics etc and great fun things for the family like the pool carpet. Cannot ask for more from a hotel.

Weve just got back from a week long stay at Sol Don Pablo, this hotel is beautiful the rooms are spotless cleaned every day, fresh bedding and towels everyday. We was only bed and breakfast so cant comment on the food but there was plenty of choices for breakfast. The only problem we had was 4 nights out of 7 we was questioned by a hotel worker & security guard for proof of our stay (hotel room keycard) the hotel worker had seen us every day from first arriving so surely he could remember us, he asked us 3 times for it on 3 consecutive days. Other than that we had no other problems.

Came to Spain to this hotel to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary. Our room overlooking the ocean was simply breathtaking ! The rooms kept clean and very spacious. The showers had amazing pressure and immaculately clean. The grounds were so well maintained and beautifully laid out. We had all inclusive and enjoyed the cuisine although it did become a little repetitive. Some of the bar staff at the pool and outside the lobby were amazing. Friendly and efficient. They had nightly entertainment that was typical and enjoyable if you were staying at the hotel. Improvements: They don’t have enough pool chairs in the pool areas and people reserving early. They do come around and flag in the morning but we noticed many unused but reserved chairs later morning and onward. The overall service of buffet staff, reception and other areas except the bars mentioned above were subpar. Found the staff to lack friendliness. Determined to do their jobs but lacked customer service skills. The main pool had to be refrigerated because it was 40 degrees Celsius and the pool was frigidly cold. The other pools were ok. It should be noted the floors surrounding the pools were very slippery even with shoes on. They need to add gripping concrete so people don’t fall down. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Spain and despite the improvement areas mentioned, this was a great stay in Torremolinos.

We have just checked out of Don Pablo Hotel, and I wanted to share our honest experience. We chose this hotel because the pictures looked beautiful, and the rooms looked modern and fresh. Thankfully, that part didn’t disappoint. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach (although the hotel doesn’t provide free sunbeds on the beach, so you have to pay for those separately). The rooms were clean, very kind housekeeping came every day, and the towels and bed sheets were changed regularly. We were very happy with that. Thats why i give it 2 stars out of 5. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives mostly ends. One thing that really surprised us was the pool towels. You receive them for free on the first day, but if you want to exchange them for clean ones during your stay, you have to pay every single time. For a hotel at this price point, that felt unnecessarily cheap. For a 4-star hotel, the service was disappointing. I understand that it’s a large hotel and can get very busy, but as guests, we shouldn’t feel the impact of that. We paid alot for a one week holiday, so we expected a much warmer and more welcoming experience. Most of the staff were not rude, but they certainly weren’t friendly either. A smile and a positive attitude cost nothing, yet they were noticeably missing. The biggest disappointment, however, was the food. We booked half board because we expected good quality meals, but if I could do it again, I definitely wouldn’t pay for the food. Breakfast was very basic. I was honestly surprised that simple items like cucumbers, peppers, and olives were missing every morning. There were very few fresh vegetables, and the selection felt limited. Lunch and dinner became repetitive very quickly. Many dishes were extremely oily, lacked flavour, and looked almost identical from one day to the next. The burger was undercooked, the pizza was tasteless, and nothing really stood out. My daughter barely ate anything during the entire week except the ready-made croissants because she simply didn’t enjoy the rest of the food. One evening was advertised as “Asian Night,” but it had nothing to do with Asian cuisine, which was another disappointment. A joke!! In my opinion, the food is nowhere near what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. It honestly felt closer to a 2-star standard. Considering how much we paid, we expected much better quality, more variety, and meals that were actually enjoyable. Another thing that made us uncomfortable happened at the bar. Since we had half board, we occasionally bought drinks from the hotel and sometimes from outside and simply asked the bar for a cup of ice. Every time we did, one staff member looked at us as if we were asking for something unreasonable. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. We weren’t asking for a favour, we were paying guests, and asking for some ice should never make anyone feel unwelcome. Overall, the best things about this hotel are its location and the cleanliness of the rooms, at the least the room we had. Everything else was average at best and, in our opinion, simply not worth the price. There are several other hotels nearby that are actually cheaper and would probably offer much better value for money. If you’re thinking about staying here, my advice would be to book the room only and skip the food. You can buy fresh bread, cheese, cucumbers, olives, and fruit from any supermarket for breakfast and enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants around the hotel. The food outside is much cheaper, tastes far better, and you’ll probably spend less while eating much better than what the hotel offers. Sadly, this hotel did not live up to our expectations, and I don’t think we would choose to stay here again. Thanxx for me
