Rooms are adequate with most things you need. Shower over bath a bit outdated now and a struggle for me and hubby to get in and out for shower due to mobility issues. Also quite away from Nerja centre but again if you are fit it is no problem at all and is a lovely walk. There is a bus just outside hotel which takes you in and it's only 1€ each way so no problem. Food plentiful and lots of choices. The meats were really good. Chicken and pork especially. Pool looked lovely but it was Christmas when we went so too cold for most people to go in. Lounge nice for a drink during day and evening. Entertainment was available but we never went so unable to comment on that. We were All Inclusive and the drinks had sufficient choices from 10am till late.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Paid extra for a sea view room and loved it! Buffet pretty descent. Staff friendly. If you don't have the full all inclusive, at dinner, there are no free drinks included, not even water, so take your own with you if you don't want to be charged. Massage at the spa was very basic and definitely not worth the money. Spa hottub & hot stones were cold so only ended up going once. Beds are acceptable but not pillow top comfort. Resort is getting dated but clean and good value. The 20 min walk into town was perfect for us!

Rooms are nice. Very spacious. We had a second floor room with pool and sea view. Big balcony. Location is out of town but it's a lovely walk along the sea front or you can catch a bus which is only 1 euro. Taxis cost 8 euros. Reception staff were not friendly on check-in which did not give a good impression. Food is too be desired. It wasn't to our taste at all. It was bland cold tough stale and unacceptable. Service was fine especially as staff were busy. Drinks were ok...staff busy. Nerja is a beautiful place to visit

Hotel staff is very rude. Went to the spa and the worker gave us an attitude, “turkish bath” and hot tub were not even warm. Went to the lobby around midnight and asked if I could get a bottle of water and the worker told me it’s past serving hours and that I have to pay for it even though I paid for the all inclusive? Food was terrible and always cold. Location is nice, but everything else sucked.

Staff are amazing. Food a bit bland but fresh and plentiful. Spa is brilliant, only 14 euros. The room service not great, they do the bare minimum. I would say more of a 3 star than 4. It's a bit remote, you really need a car. Local buses from downtown stop at 8.45pm.
