Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay in hotel Ona Marinas. A very big plus is the availability of the beach and sunbeds you can enjoy free. The hotel is very lively and they try to engage guests. The room was decent maybe a bit shabby but overall good. The cleaning crew was in our room every day and changed our towels. The food was good, there was a variety of a lot of stuff. The staff were friendly and very forthcoming. We liked a lot that the beach was very quiet and a bit “wild” no cafes around no loud music. Overall we would definitely come again!

Had a wonderful week's stay at this hotel. Room was perfect with pool & sea view & large balcony. Only ate breakfast there which was varied and ideal. Although outside the town, taxis were readily available and only took 5 minutes into the town. The staff on reception were excellent and helpful at all times and I did not have any delays checking in or out. Would definitely return and would recommend this hotel to anyone! I have friends who come here every year and always stay in this hotel too.

Everyday you start your day standing 30 minutes in a line longer than the hotel. It’s the breakfast queue. It’s a shame really. They have obviously booked too many guests compared to how many they can accommodate. This is not how you want to start your vacation morning. Next issue is the sunbeds. If you’re up and out at 9 this is too late. ALL the sunbeds in the beach/grass area is then taken already. It should have been a no save sunbed policy strictly regulated… tomorrow we need to get up at 6 only to ensure we get a sunbed! The buffet food is very good tho. So for us it was worth an upgrade to all inclusive. :) We arrived late at night with three kids and they knew we were four people in total. But the room was only made up for two. We had to do the rest ourselves at 02:00. I think this is a bit bad service but apart from this the room is okay. It’s also a good location of the room.

We had an amazing holiday. The rooms was dated but very clean and comfy. The food was delicious 😋. We can't complain at all. All of staff very nice and helpful. We will be definitely back again. Thanks for everything 👌

I recently had an all inclusive holiday here and I have to say it was a great experience! Although certain things were premium, there was plenty on the free menu for us to enjoy bar staff were always welcoming and polite. One thing I would say is the food in the buffet was sometimes Lukewarm but the variety of food was vast - considering the different nationalities they were catering for, they did an amazing job! The hotel lobby was modern and very clean as was much of the hotel. One minor complaint was the inside bar, the furniture looked tired and was often stained; the space was quite small with many people not being able to sit in and enjoy the evening entertainment. The entertainment was varied and each night there was something different, the entertainment team do an amazing job at keeping the children and adults occupied and happy, speaking multiple languages to make everyone feel special and welcome. The rooms were generally clean but I felt the bathroom could do with a bit of extra care, the shower-head had a build of limescale and I noticed bits on the tiles and the sink vanity, other than that, the room was cleaned every day and the team seemed on top of everything. The hotel has one main pool and a children’s pool. Backing straight into the beach, its location was perfect for enjoying the sea and the pool. It is in approximately 25 minute walk into Nerja but it’s a pleasant walk along the beach. Overall, I really enjoyed this holiday and managed to fully relax thanks to the amazing staff and setting!
