This is only our first night at the hotel, but I felt I had to share our initial experience. We chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but unfortunately our stay has been disappointing so far. Upon arrival, there was no one available to help with our luggage, so we carried it ourselves from the car to reception. After a long check-in, the bellboy assisted us. The reception was constantly crowded with long waits, which is not the service we expected from a four-star hotel. We appreciated the upgrade from a twin room to a king room, but that was the only positive. Our room is a 2–3 minute walk from the elevator. The bed had only a duvet cover, while the duvet was left in the closet for us to put inside ourselves—something we’ve never experienced in a hotel before. The room also had no laundry bag or Do Not Disturb sign, and the bathroom was missing basic amenities such as cotton buds, a shower cap, and a nail file. We also found an inconsistency in the price of the 30-minute pool massage. The hotel’s website advertises it for €70, but we were quoted €95 at the pool for the same treatment—a 36% increase. If prices have changed, the website should be updated so guests are not misled. We sincerely hope the rest of our stay is better, but unfortunately our first impression has been disappointing.

What an amazing hotel! On arrival we were greeted by super friendly staff and were checked in by Tyler who was absolutely superb. He explained all of the amenities in the hotel and offered to book reservations for us for anything we wanted to do. The hotel itself is luxurious and classy, food and drinks all excellent. The pool is stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed the DJ’s playing around the pool in the afternoons. No sunbed wars, just very chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are beautiful with high quality bedding and toiletries, we had a fabulous view over both pools. Literally cannot fault any aspect of the hotel. The staff are all fun and friendly and cannot do enough for you, our room was cleaned every day by very smiley cleaners! We even had a bottle of bubbly waiting for us in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary. We were made to feel special for the whole visit and can’t recommend this amazing hotel enough. Special thanks to Tyler for the welcome he gave us and the top notch service. We will definitely be back. 11/10

We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. Thank you for the complimentary champagne in our room—it was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and everything we ate was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our room was clean and comfortable. I had an incredible experience at the Hard Rock Hotel event on the 14th of June with Loco Bongo. I went with my girls and we booked the VIP big roof sunbed next to the pool and from start to finish everything was amazing. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance by the manager and personally escorted to our area, which immediately set the tone for a luxury experience. The setup was beautiful, with bottle service presented in a stunning floating display that made everything feel extra special. The food and drinks were great nachos, burgers, fries, cocktails, beers, and mojitos, gin and tonic all constantly refreshed and served quickly by attentive staff. The entertainment was next level, with performers coming right to our sunbed, interacting with us, and even doing a mini performance just for us, which made the night feel so personal and unforgettable. Overall, the service was outstanding and the whole experience was luxury, fun, and pure vibes. Definitely one of the best nights I’ve had – I’ll 100% be back. 🫶🏾
