If you choose to go all-inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals, soft drinks, beer, water, and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits, plus snacks are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

All-inclusive at Holiday World Resort also includes:

The mini club staff was brilliant with our daughter and our autistic non verbal son. They did a lot with them and engaged with them rather than just leave them too it. The hotel was always clean and the beach club across the road was great for the kids and quieter than the main pool in the hotel. My 8yo daughter enjoyed the evening entertainment each night. Food could be better but it is all inclusive and so it’s expected it’d wouldn’t be brilliant. Bus pick up outside the hotel to Benalmádena

We have just came home from this hotel so this an honest review. This was a holiday for 13 of us including children 18 months to 12. The plus factors, close to the airport, entertainment throughout the day and night at the main hotel is brilliant, variety of pools for the children and they clean, near beach if you want a walk out, easy bus access to main centre, rooms clean and everything you need in them, working Aircon too, variety of food good. The cons, there are reusable cups, of you lose one you have to pay euro for a cup, this drove me absolutely mad more to carry round more to think about. The locations of the snack bars and bars are a good walk away especially at the beach club meaning it's just a total chore for the kids and us to keep reusing. This layout needs to change on both hotel and beach club. The lack of shade was also a really big stressful point and yet there's so much space to fill up the pool areas with me shade. Especially if you have children. The children's shaded area was again located no where near the pool meaning you couldn't sit and watch. The extra you needed to pay for at an all inclusive was disappointing rings for the beach club, arcades room to hot and didn't always work. One room the air con was going on and off in due to faulty front door even after reporting this quickly. Food is to be expected but it was Luke warm and a lot was running out including the drinks sodas and sometimes mixed up. All in all it was a bad holiday kids all had a great time it just could be better but we wouldn't visit again unless the above things have been changed.

Absolutely amazing stay! 🌟 The kids entertainment team were incredible — so much fun every single day and always something going on to keep the little ones happy and smiling. The atmosphere around the hotel is brilliant for families. The food and drink selection was fantastic with loads of choice for everyone, all really fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly, hardworking and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. A true 5-star holiday experience from start to finish — we’ve made the best memories here and can’t wait to come back! 💛

My family stayed for a couple of nights. I’m writing this so expectations are clear. The website describes a 4-star tranquil resort, but in reality it’s more of a 3-star lively family resort. Nothing wrong with that, just different from what’s advertised. We got a good direct booking price, so no complaints, but it did feel a bit “too good to be true.” Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would not stay longer than a couple of nights. Staff were very friendly and kindly upgraded us to a nice ocean view room. The room was spacious but dated, with good AC. The resort itself feels quite dark, and the central area with shops and arcade feels like an old indoor mall. The pool is large and attractive with plenty of sunbeds, but it is very noisy throughout the day with loud music, microphones for animation activities, and overlapping music from the bar. Evenings continue with live shows until around 11pm, so there is little escape from the noise. We stayed on full board. Drinks were extra but reasonably priced. The buffet had plenty of choice and suited our daughter well, though the dining room was very loud and felt more like a cafeteria than a relaxed holiday space. There is a €12 per person charge for the beach club, which was fine for a day. A rocky beach and the Gecko beach bar are about 7 minutes’ walk away, and a larger sandy beach is about 12 minutes away. Overall, fine for a short stay at the price, but the noise and dining atmosphere were not for us.

This was my first time staying in this place and I have to be honest my expectations weren't that high BUT the hotel is lovely and clean throughout. The food is great but the labelling could be more clearer as they don't specify which meat is in certain dishes and only put "pasta with meat" or put out a selection of cold meats for breakfast and not label on which ones which - for someone who doesn't eat every meat its not welcoming at all. I seen chefs using the same spatula cooking ham and eggs and then doing normal eggs with it while there was ham in that spatula - forget the vegans or vegetarians there are people whose religion forbids it. The rooms are clean and spotless just need some updating I think especially the towels in the room are not great at all. Charging for a safe seems like robbery to me when its already in the room. Sun-bed towels are not given daily but you can get them cleaned for 1 euro which isn't much but I found that quite strange as never experienced it before. The pool and entertainment is great for kids and the beach club being included is amazing for them. I would say for family orientated holidays this is perfect - would I stay again absolutely as the kids loved it. One last comment for someone who loves going to the gym - there gym is extremely bad it really really needs an upgrade - majority of the equipment is broken. I would of left 5 stars but just the spatula incident ruined it for me.
