We stayed at this lovely hotel in October for two nights. Upon arrival at our sea view room, the room two doors from us were playing very loud music and it was very annoying and rude of them. We reported this to Eva on reception who, after speaking with her manager, Manuel, offered to relocate us to a sea view suite. This was a wonderfully generous gesture and Manuel even called us in our new room to ensure everything was satisfactory for us. This hotel is customer focussed and it really shows. The views are spectacular and the room we had was generous and very comfortable. We would definitely return and recommend.

Overall a great hotel with very good facilities. Staff were always very helpful with great communication. Just a couple of points to improve the experience at the hotel. It would be good to have the beach bar open later until sunset, or even as an evening option as the lobby bar decor and layout lacks atmosphere. There needs to be more staff at the lobby bar, or another bar for the evening. The queues are too long in the evening. Obviously more staff could mean higher price but it would be worth it. Please place more sand in the beach volleyball court. It is too hard.

Just came back from a short break with my daughters and we had the best time. The location isn't ideal if you want to get out and about but we just wanted somewhere to relax, swim and have fun so it was perfect for that. The food options were great, some of the best I've experienced as a vegetarian at an all inclusive. Everything was well labelled too. The entertainment team are fantastic and work so hard. My girls did some kids club activities and had great fun and the extra pool activities were fantastic. We loved The Greatest Showman show! The pools in general are lovely, though some of the sun loungers could do with a clean. My kids loved the splash park. We were also impressed by the accessibility of the hotel. The rooms were clean and we had a lovely a view. Sadly I didn't catch the name of the man on reception who checked us in but when we arrived dreary after delays at nearly 4am his friendly greeting and speedy service was so appreciated and reassured us we had made a great choice. We will definitely be back for a longer visit next year!

Would Not Recommend I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, our stay at this hotel left a lot to be desired. From the moment we arrived, the overall service was below expectations. The staff seemed more focused on monitoring us than making us feel welcome – constantly checking our wristbands while oddly ignoring other guests. It felt more like being supervised than on holiday. The food was very poor – repetitive, bland, and often cold. For an all-inclusive resort, we were shocked to find that we had to pay extra to access the snack bar. Not to mention, after 12am, you can’t even get a bottle of water, which is simply unacceptable in a hot climate. The room amenities were also disappointing. The shower gel and shampoo provided barely worked, which added to the overall feeling of neglect and low quality. To top it all off, one night we were actually kicked out of the restaurant by staff, without clear explanation. While some of the staff were friendly and helpful (credit where it’s due), it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall poor experience. Sadly, this hotel does not live up to the promise of a relaxing, all-inclusive holiday. Would not return.

Niloufar Shams

We recently stayed at this hotel in Marbella and unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations for a four-star resort. While the property itself is spacious and the dinner buffet offered good variety, almost everything else made us feel so ignored . Cleanliness was a major issue, from dirty cutlery and coffee cups with visible stains and lipstick marks to generally unclean dining areas. We even started using paper cups from the second day because the dishes never felt properly washed. The restaurant was also extremely noisy, with staff loudly cleaning and stacking dishes right next to diners throughout meal times, making it almost impossible to enjoy a peaceful meal. The outdoor areas, though naturally beautiful, remained dark until well after sunset because the lights weren’t turned on; a small detail that makes a big difference. Service at reception was slow and unhelpful it took over an hour for someone to check our air conditioner, despite being told “five minutes” multiple times. Staff seemed tired and uninterested, and overall, we felt ignored as guests. It’s disappointing because the place has great potential, but poor management and lack of care overshadow everything. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others. OBS! Parking is not free.
