I have come on this holiday with me 2 friends. Whilst enjoying the entertainment in the evening. We have SEVERAL people looking at us funny. Telling us to be quiet because we were laughing. It is full of old people so if you’re young and looking for fun don’t come here. Everyone is in the older generation and don’t know how to have a laugh! The hotel itself lovely, entertainment is so good and the team is amazing. Bar staff are so lovely and friendly. The food is lovely. But just pre warning those young people who want to have fun, you will be judged by the other people attending. Most people are old and sad.

The worst breakfast we ever had. Low quality of the food. Poor ventilation in the breakfast room and everything smells of baking and because of that the wardrobe smells bad after breakfast. Room was old, but ok, nice view. Everything is too old and ready to be renovated. Outside parking lot is 10€ per day. 👎A lot of guests park car around hotel (or at the mall behind the hotel) or in front the hotel on the street. Token for glass at the swimming pool is 1€. If you don’t have towels for pool you can buy it at the reception. Every day there are some activities for guests. Schedule you can find at the lobby. Long time ago it was good hotel with good concept. P.S. We didn’t have another option so we had to stay here for 2 nights, but if we had option would never come after reading reviews.

We booked the hotel as it was rated 4 star, however it felt more like a 2 star. We stayed in NH collection Marbella before this which was definitely a 5 star. Photos speak for themselves. We had broken lamps, AC wasn't working, hand wash on top of the toilet which made it hard for the kids to reach, shower facilities that need a deep clean and plug hole needed unblocking as we were showering with our feet in a pool of water. The worst was when my baby girl was crawling and hit her face on the corner of the fold out bed. She still has a bruise on corner of her eye 2 days later. The bed placement and size of the room for it was not thought out well. We also were so confused with the lift it took us to our floor but we still had to use stairs to get to the room. With kids, pram and luggage this was tough and a struggle whenever we left the room to go anywhere. If you are not fit or don't have extra hands this is a nightmare. A 4 star hotel should have basic amenities in the room like bottled water and a kettle but the room was so empty and uninviting

I read conflicting reviews about the hotel. I was anxious before arrival. I needn't have worried. I think it is amazing. The staff are so nice. The food is great. The entertainment is very very good. All the entertainment staff are so talented. The pools and slides are for all ages and excellent. I personally loved that the hotel attracted a lot of Spanish people. To hear the natives voices was lovely. The Spanish guests were so nice. There are still other nationalities there though. I would definitely book again. I am a seasoned traveller for over 40 years. Trust me?

Lovely, clean, comfy beds, very friendly, microwave in restaurant helped warm plates & re heat soup. Food delicious, great theme nights both in restaurant & on stage. Adult pool too small for proper swimming, beach a bit hazardous to get to, shuttle bus didn't go till 11am A bus pass from any tobacconist is cheaper than paying on the bus....at Marbella terminal for return u have to buy a ticket from the office unless you have a pre paid bus pass. The token system for getting a drink is good it saves on plastic waste & litter. The only complaint is we arrived very late & very tired & no-one to show us to our room, it was too dark to see the tiny numbers near the ground & no-one we asked could help, after 20 mins of walking around a cleaner lady helped us.....not a good start to a lovely holiday!!!!!
