Beautiful hotel, great team running the place, ideal location just a few steps from the beach, and an absolute bargain price. We had a very nice room looking out directly at the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast is quite good with a large variety of items. The place is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Still, the main feature of this hotel is that it's right in the middle of Carihuela Beach and a bargain price. Plus, hyatt program members enjoy all their status benefits. Highly recommended!

Superb hotel, spotless, friendly professional staff, great atmosphere and so close to the beach. It was perfect for us. Breakfast was lovely, we ate out each evening so we can't comment on dinner but I'm sure like everything else it would have been great. Adrian in particular could not have been more friendly, helpful and nice to us. Once he realised I drank gluten free beer he had more stock straight into the fridge ready for me. The loveliest, friendliest man. He made us so welcome. Thank you Adrian and colleagues, we couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. Best wishes Claire & Ryan from Ireland :) :)

The hotel has a very nice environment. It’s very close to the beach and also conveniently located not far from the airport. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and there is a good variety of food to choose from. The swimming pool is not very big, but it is very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back.

Hotel was stunning. Food was not good for the british. No water in the room on one day and no hot water the next day. Good location and lovely decor in the hotel but will definitely not be back. Staff not very accommodating bar one lovely lady with long brown hair, English I believe, very sympathetic and helpful, young man on reception in evening found it amusing we had no water, manager very young and obviously very inexperienced with complaints was not very helpful or concerned when told him we wouldn't be back.

The hotel is in a great location and Staff is awesome. Views are pretty nice. Only bad thing is no streaming. They're working on making the hotel better each day. You see new áreas, furniture etc.
